reactivate an account

Hello all,
I recently decided to come back after a very long time when the F2P was established and I am considering reactivating an old account. Does anyone know if Simu. is able to tell you what characters are on an account and provide their level/prof/items?

They'll tell you the characters, I don't know about level or any of that. I believe when you reactivate through the website it gives you a list of character names and you can pick what you want reactivated.

They may not be able to disclose the sexual orientation of the chars, either, due to scotus, so I hope he can remember.

Billing can provide level, race, and profession along with character name. No idea about items.

I don't recall them being able to tell you anything but the name. But possibly the level? I definitely never got an item list. Doubt they would take the time for that even if they could.

When I reactivated my account on the website, I got a list of my characters, with their names, levels, races, professions, and when each of them was last seen logged into the game.

Website gave more than the person on the phone back whenever as well... But I don't recall all of that. Perhaps I'll go pretend to re-open one and take a look.
