a battle-worn black tower shield
+35
T1 Grobey bracer scripts
T1 ensorcelled
6 lbs (max light)
5m SOLD
A strange necrotic haze radiates from the shield.
You carefully inspect your black tower shield.
Your careful inspection of a battle-worn black tower shield allows you to conclude that it is a tower shield that protects the bearer if carried in the left hand.
You determine that you could wear the shield, slinging it across your shoulders and back. The shield appears to serve some purpose.
You remember that you registered this item a couple months ago.
It looks like this item has been mainly crafted out of wood.
You analyze your black tower shield and sense that the item is largely free from merchant alteration restrictions.
The creator has also provided the following information:
This black tower shield may be altered by any merchant who is comfortable doing so. Each form (shield and wrist worn) may have its own individual long description OR a short description (15/15/15) and a SHOW. Each form may also have something in the READ area. The material the shield is made of MAY NOT be altered for any reason, in either form. Alterations must adhere to alteration guidelines and be appropriate for item. It is strongly suggested that EACH form be REGISTERED.
This black tower shield is Tier 1 and has been unlocked one time, but can be unlocked once more. The following verbs are available:
ATTEND, PUSH, REMOVE, and WEAR
You can tell that the shield is as light as it can get.
wear my shield
You sling a battle-worn black tower shield over your shoulder, then adjust it so it lays comfortably against your back.
attend my shield (when worn)
You attend to your black tower shield, making the shield as presentable as possible.
remove my shield
You sling the black tower shield off from over your shoulder and grip it firmly in your left hand, ready for battle.
attend my shield (when held)
Shifting your arm just a bit, you settle the black tower shield more comfortably in your left hand.
push my shield
Placing your right hand on the back of your black tower shield, you locate a small, bracer-shaped glyph. Pressing your thumb against the glyph, you feel the shield grow warm and quickly remove your right hand as a flash of light centers over your left arm. When it recedes, you notice that your shield has transformed into a smooth wood bracer!
tap my bracer
You tap a smooth wood bracer that you are wearing.
attend my bracer (when worn)
Letting your eyes casually scan your surroundings, you place your right hand on your wood bracer and adjust it slightly on your other wrist.
remove my brac
Grasping the wood bracer in your right hand, you twist your left wrist just a bit, then slide off the bracer.
attend my bracer (when held)
You attend to your wood bracer, making the bracer as presentable as possible.
wear my bracer
You carefully secure a smooth wood bracer to your left wrist, taking a moment to adjust the fit.
push my bracer
Placing your right hand on the underside of your wood bracer, you locate a small, shield-shaped glyph. Pressing your thumb against the glyph, you feel the bracer grow warm and quickly remove your right hand. There is a flash of light centered over your left arm, and you notice that your bracer has transformed into a battle-worn black tower shield!
Note: Just in case anyone was wondering, it transforms directly from a worn bracer to a shield and then back again without having to remove the bracer first. I just removed it above to show the attend verb with the bracer worn vs. held.
