So the caveat here is that I'm likely not actually selling this anytime soon, but I am casually curious about the consensus on the market value of the weapon and there really isn't much out there to do a direct comparison with. Plus there are many people who are far more qualified than I to figure that out.

With no Necromancy training, the approximate chance to flare per swing is ~85%. There are four total flares on this weapon (counting ensorcel)

Thanks Hels and the others who sent me messages for help on this one. Appraisals have been between 20-50+- I think this is one of those items that will just ultimately depend on the buyer. But it's good to have a range to work with.
