Where is the correct place to post concerns regarding the site's ad provider?

Twice (just tonight) I tried to post a concern under "Bug Reports" and both times the post was removed. What is lacking is my understanding why the posts were removed. Is "Bug Reports" no considered the correct location? Is the ad expected and to be tolerated? It'd be useful to reply to my post with the problem, move it to a more appropriate location, or even PM me with a "that's expected" message so I can not make the same mistake a third time. I don't mind following the rules, but in this case, I don't know them.
