Is there ever a way to create fusion orbs in Shat? Be nice if there was a permanent shaman laying around.

Just at the festivals. Ebon Gate for sure, but sometimes other events that hit shattered will have them. Basically have to hoard them till October each year, that's what I do. It gets to the point where you have to start only collecting the really good stuff and locker it in prep for EG. One caveat to that is that at RtCF and I think one other event they did swapping where they swapped like stats, so I swapped a +15 influence orb (worthless to me) for +15 Logic instead. So even if you don't use it, if you find a really good stat on an item it is worth orbing and saving in case they ever do that again.
