Well, you got your wish folks. 1 more time I get pulled in, I WILL be either locked out permently, or 60 day lockout.
Gotta love GM Zilana. I never went to the hearthstone porch to bother ardwen, I went there because some of my friends sometimes were there, and whenever I WAS there I ignored him.
Here's what happened:
>Zilana asks, "Ok tell me again why you are at hearstone after you have warned Ardwen so many times?"
>
Zilana asks, "And you also know that when you warn someone you have to leave?"
>
Zilana says, "You don't go hang out where they are."
You say, "Well I like resting there."
>Zilana says, "And then you don't yell for us when they of course attack you because you are there."
>
Zilana says, "No you don't."
Zilana asks, "We had our little chat about causing a distrubance didn't we?"
>Zilana says, "Puting yourself into situations where you will cause problems is causing a distrubance."
>
>Zilana says, "You are getting so close to your last chance here."
You say, "I'm confused, thats all."
You say, "I'm trying to avoid trouble, not cause it."
>
: Zilana says, "You are not you are doing it on purpose."
>shak hea
You shake your head.
>
Zilana says, "If it was an accident it would happen once."
You say, "I thought I had free space of that spot."
>
Zilana says, "Its not an opinion."
You say, "I guess I am banned there."
>'Sure it isn't.
You say, "Sure it isn't."
>
Zilana raises an eyebrow.
>'a gamehost told me it was opinional
You say, "A gamehost told me it was opinional."
You say, "And it could be seen as disruptive."
You say, "That gamehost also said they might do something about it."
>
Zilana says, "It is distruptive."
>
Zilana says, "And if you keep arguing with me I will tack on the Warning you deserve."
>
Zilana says, "This is your final chance at changing your behavior."
Zilana says, "Next time you are brought up for any reason be it distruptive, harassement or PVP you will be locked out."
Zilana asks, "Do I make myself understood?"
>
You say, "Yes."
Zilana says, "You argue."
>
Zilana says, "You get snide."
>
Zilana says, "You then try to say your sorry to make up for it."
Zilana says, "And in all that you didn't listen to anything I really said."
You ask, "Ardwen has alot of weapons on sale in his shop, except I am banned there. Could I raise the money for something in his shop, and give the note to my friend to buy it for me? Would that be considered disruptive?"
>
Zilana says, "Well dragging your friend into you problems is not very nice."
Zilana says, "If it causes a big ruckus either for your friend or you thats distruptive."
Zilana asks, "You don't think dragging a friend into a problem is wrong?"
>
Zilana says, "I would learn what friendship is before you do something like that."
Zilana says, "I have no idea what trouble this will cause if you do this."
>
Zilana says, "Ok sending you back."
>
* Kaylore just bit the dust!
>
Zilana says, "You please take care."
>
You say, "Thanks, you too."

You hear the faint thoughts of [OOC]-Warclaidhm echo in your mind:
"Basically, yeah, he can do PvP, anything. Ardwen is god, money brings wealth."

Warclitoris, that GM doesn't get paid enough to be your mother/therapist.
By the way, how is therapy going?

Warclaidhm, I have but one question. Where in the flaming fires of hell are your parents? You do NOT belong in that game. You do NOT belong on these boards. You are SELF DESTRUCTING in a big way. Where are those whose responsibility it is to see to you? Where?:(

I think he's away at college now(considering his whole vector calc post)
You are one seriously troubled kid. You need some help. The shit you pull isn't funny, entertaining or even slightly amusing. It's sad.

Somehow, I don't think this kid is in college, Bonar. This kid could not make it in college at this point in his life.

What part of the WARN INTERACT verb did you not read? It clearly says that you're not supposed to be in the same room together. It doesn't matter who is there first, you both need to either leave the room or leave each other alone.
Don't hang around when he's there, that's just waiting for a problem to happen. There are hundreds of perfectly other good rooms to rest in where Ardwen isn't, and if he's following you around from room to room, then you need to ignore him, keep moving away from him, and report him for harassment.
Seriously, if you're going to let stuff like this bother you, then GS isn't the right game for you. People here are not your friends, they're characters in a game, and that's all!
Go meet people in real life and go do things kids do at 17. Go volunteer somewhere! Anything is better than suffering and being unhappy in some GAME. A game is NOT real life.

Ok, he might be some psycho sociopath taking vector calc as a senior in HS, either way he should :stfu:
So you mean, one more warning and you're gone?
:!:
I may not post on the other "Warclaidhm [insert something you did]" threads, but I've read them all. You instigate everything. The only exception is when you got your katana dissolved by a Magru. That was just kind of funny.

Yeah, okay, Warclaidhm shouldn't have been there, has problems, etc. but Zilana fucking sucks ass. She is on a constant powertrip and is truly the worst of the GM's.

Too bad it wasn't hand grenades.
Also, Warc, by my interactions with you, it is clearly obvious you are bi-polar, you are on more meds than I am, which is hard to do. I feel sorry for you, and please reroll and don't tell a fucking soul who you are except your acquaintances.
Alfster
10-20-2004, 09:51 PM
If he did reroll, everyone would be able to figure out who he was the first day anyhow. That really wont do much for him.
Maybe he can start off with keeping some facets of shutting his yap in tact, like not telling anyone. There are a bunch of douche's in gemstone, he can be one, fine, but certain activities (i.e. Ardwen stalking) need to be halted short immediately. One small step at a time.

This thread makes me sad. Zilana is normally a power-tripping cunt, but I think she was more than reasonable in this instance. It's pretty bad when you get banned for STALKING in a text-based game. :weird:

That's because it is edited. I talked alot to Zilana about the policy, and she said:

I didn't want to edit and post the WHOLE log.

No, its not a joke. Ardwen located me with Psinet while I was pulled in, as well as people saw me disappear as such:
Warclaidhm just disappeared.
I'll post the whole thing in a second, I'm gonna post it unedited so theres alot of shit on it including the OOC psinet stuff people said.

She has a text tattoo on her leg.
She has minor bruises on her neck.
She is wearing a zilana sack, a shiny red round button, a sitting beanbag gryphon, a composite bow, a pink poka-dotted sack, a luxurious fur-trimmed mantle, a pretty silver parrot, some feather-fringed doeskin half-boots, a fitted black leather skirt, a front-laced tawny leather bodice with blackened claws hanging from the laces, a small black fang necklace, an onyx and gold twisted wire earcuff with dangling beaded feathers, a fresh mistletoe tiara, a small bronze badge, a warped platinum star, an awesome Zilana pin, an elemental bow of fire, and a pageant satchel.

[Hearthstone, Courtyard]
Before you stands a grand old manor, framed by huge willows to the east and west. The elegant trees sway gently in the moonlight, dappling the cobblestone courtyard with ever-shifting patterns of light and dark. Snippets of conversation drift away from the long porch stretching along the full width of the great old house, as several guests enjoy the hospitality and ambience of this fine hideaway. You also see the porch steps and a hollow tree stump.

Ok... My 2 cents
Zilana's a good GM, but shes a new GM so give her time to adjust. I've never seen her on a power trip and I've interacted with her many times, so I just can't see where you all get that from.
Warclaidhm, seriously... we really don't need three threads about you going on at once.
I understand the teeoncy mentality of wanting attention, but this is a message board, and Gemstone is a game. Go out and find some REAL attention, like from your mom and dad. This isn't an invitation to tell us your moms a hooker and your dad's on crack because really we don't know you and it would be just another "Thats sad, we really wont care in 3 minutes" kinda thing. Most of us that do care when we hear something sad, only care for about 3 minutes when it doesn't directly concern us or someone we really know and care about.
The moral of this post? Warclaidhm, we ALL think you should stop playing Gematone and go out and have a life. We don't really care because you've put yourself in a position where a LOT of people dislike you. Your best bet is to leave Gemstone all together, read a damned book.

So which is it? Do we entertain you or frustrate you? Pick one, because I too am getting tired of "you people are so mean to me, leave me alone" and "tell me why you hate me so" and now "I come here so that you can laugh at me".
I was starting to feel bad for you and was going to go out of my way to talk to you and help, but after this last post of yours, that feeling went away as fast as it came.
Good luck, sport. And please, don't EVER complain about how people treat you here when you have admitted that you get off on the attention.

I was starting to feel bad for you and was going to go out of my way to talk to you and help, but after this last post of yours, that feeling went away as fast as it came.
Good luck, sport. And please, don't EVER complain about how people treat you here when you have admitted that you get off on the attention.
You frusterate me. I come here and get everyone saying I'm stupid, and to go out with a suicide I'm serious about. It's no joke.
The only reason it entertains me is negative attention -- which, by the way, isn't fun.

The more posts I read from this guy, the more I think there is something seriously wrong going on in his head. Unless this is all just some sort of act.
Seriously bro, where are your parents? Does your therapist know you play this game and post to these boards? For that matter, why is your therapist even allowing you to have Internet access?

Umm, you come here for negative attention, which you admit "isn't fun". Banging one's head against the wall isn't fun, either. Do you do that, too?:banghead:
Seriously, this has gone from the ridiculous to the downright unbelievable. There have been times when one could almost feel something approaching pity for you. Those times are past. If you insist on bringing trouble down on your own head, there is little that can be done for you.
Isn't threating to kill yourself or others a bannable offense?

My parents know I'm playing GS. I lied about coming here for you guys to laugh at me. I hate it when people think I'm stupid and an idiot, its frustarting.
Also, the only reason I got it back is because I was pretty depresed after boot camp (for 6 weeks, which they sent me to ) that I couldn't have GS back. So I put a hole in every one of their doors by kicking it down. I have trouble controling my anger as well as being depressed. For some reason, my dad gave in and said, "I don't care if you get screwed up from GemstoneIV again. You'll be connected tomarrow. The whole reason we canceled your account is because it was giving you troubles."
I have a psychaitrist. I get medicine for depression from him. That's about it. I used to have a consoler a few weeks ago, but my parents cancelled it because they thought it was going no where.

Make up your fucking mind. Amusing or frustrating? This is such a lame bid for attention I can't believe I'm buying into it. Seriously, HOW MANY TIMES is it going to take for you to realize that this is not doing you any good? How many people have to tell you to STFU and go away before you do?

Boot camp made my anger worse. It actually made my depression go away/suicide go away too. Except it came back when I stopped excerising when I came home, and started making threads about myself, playing gemstone, etc and started reading flames about me, once again.
I lost 1/2 lb a day at that camp.
Gained a ton of muscle as well.

Ardwen says, "Why thankee."
You stand back up.
Roundtime: 7 sec.
You sit down.
You put a claw-hilted black ora claidhmore in your claidhmore harness.
Ardwen glances at you.
Ardwen exclaims, "Pick an arm!"
Ardwen nods to Wariquan.
Wariquan says, "Oh the choices."
Wariquan rubs his chin thoughtfully.
Wariquan squints at you.
Ardwen glances at you.
Speaking to you, Toy asks, "Seriously, why are you here... now?"
Wariquan says, "We went left before. How about right."
Wariquan nods to Ardwen.
You quietly whisper to Toy, "Its hearthstone and I like the HS courtyard."
Ardwen exclaims, "Right it is!"
You nod to Toy.
>Ardwen swings a short-hafted lochaber axe at you!
AS: +222 vs DS: +42 with AvD: +32 + d100 roll: +24 = +236
... and hits for 25 points of damage!
Hesitant slash to your upper right arm!
Just a scratch.
Wariquan says, "Missed."
Wariquan snaps his fingers.
Your close concentration on your movements fades away.
cman cmovement You might want to stand up first.
Wariquan says, "I need a mark."
Wariquan says, "Oh, nevermind."
Toy raises her hand.
The voice of Wariquan says, "He's damned broke."
You hear someone mutter something under his breath.
You also see a kobold skin, some light leather, a wooden shield, a wooden shield, a wooden shield, a short sword, the porch steps and a hollow tree stump.

Toy nods.
Ardwen gazes up into the heavens.
Toy says, "I have over 6k on me."
Toy says, "And I'm an easy mark."
Ardwen says, "How utterly pathetic."
Syrend quietly says, "Ahm po, th'Lady will attest t'tha."
Toy grins.
Toy says, "But I am protected in other ways."
You say, "Anyone have a gem? I will cut it and polish it for free."

[Consultation Lounge]
The cozy surroundings of this simple conference room provide a much-welcomed respite from the chaos just outside its walls. You notice several plush chairs arranged casually around the room in a comfortable grouping.
Also here: GameMaster Roxia, Taiven
Obvious exits: none
You say, "Taivens a GM yet the GM is not on."
You work your fingers under your black party hat and scratch your head.
You say, "Guess it's just you and me."
Zilana asks, "Ok tell me again why you are at hearstone after you have warned Ardwen so many times?"
You say, "Because lots of my friends are there and I like relaxing there. I ignore him, and he shouldn't kill me on sight."
You say, "GM Mignon said it was pvp for him to do that."
You say, "Or some other GM."
You say, "Forgot who."
Zilana says, "You just started doing so recently to bother Ardwen."
Zilana says, "You have never hung out there."
You say, "I went there and utterly ignored him."
You say, "I did not angiate him."
Zilana asks, "We had our little chat about causing a distrubance didn't we?"
You say, "Yes."
Zilana says, "Puting yourself into situations where you will cause problems is causing a distrubance."
Zilana says, "Go sit somewhere else."
Zilana says, "Ask your friends to go with you."
Zilana says, "You mostly sit at tables."
You ask, "What if my friends are at hearthstone porch?"
Zilana says, "Then if they are your friends they will come with you."
You say, "I go there to see them, I hold their hand and try to take them away."
Zilana asks, "And you don't think he has reason when you rolled up a bad name for him?"
You hear the faint thoughts of [PriavteTo]-Chivalrous echo in your mind:
"I warned ardwen, he kills me on sight at hearthstone porch so a GM says I can't be there anymore and is giving me a offical warning/lockout"
You hear the faint thoughts of [Private]-Chivalrous echo in your mind:
"that sucks"
You hear the faint thoughts of [PriavteTo]-Chivalrous echo in your mind:
"Yeah, GM zilana is getting ridiculous"
You hear the faint thoughts of [Private]-Chivalrous echo in your mind:
"I'll pass the news on"
You say, "He doesn't know that was me."
Zilana says, "Aww."
Zilana says, "Well understand this."
Zilana says, "You are only going there to cause problems."
You shake your head.
Zilana says, "You want him to attack you so then you can report him to us."
You say, "Going there and ignoring him is not causing a problem."
You say, "I have friends there."
Zilana says, "You are getting so close to your last chance here."
Zilana says, "Avoid him."
Zilana says, "You know this."
Zilana says, "You have been told this for all the many people you have warned."
Zilana says, "Avoid and ignore."
You say, "I DO."
Zilana says, "Not go to where they are and ignore."
You say, "I didnt know I couldnt be in the same room."
Zilana says, "I don't know why you have decided to act like this."
You ask, "Doesn't he have to ignore me too?"
You say, "I'm confused, thats all."
You say, "I'm trying to avoid trouble, not cause it."
Zilana says, "You are not you are doing it on purpose."
You shake your head.
Zilana says, "If it was an accident it would happen once."
Zilana says, "And then you would correct the behavior."
Zilana says, "You know he doesn't like you yet you insist on puting yourself into situations where he is."
You chuckle.
Zilana says, "If he tracks you down and kills you that is one thing but you go right to him."
You say, "Well, whatever you think. Not like I can change your opinion."
You say, "I thought I had free space of that spot."
Zilana says, "Its not an opinion."
You say, "I guess I am banned there."
You say, "Sure it isn't."
Zilana raises an eyebrow.
You say, "A gamehost told me it was opinional."
You say, "And it could be seen as disruptive."
You say, "That gamehost also said they could do something about it."
Zilana says, "It is distruptive."
Zilana says, "And if you keep arguing with me I will tack on the Warning you deserve."
You say, "Uhh, ok."
You say, "I will stop, sorry."
Zilana says, "This is your final chance at changing your behavior."
You say, "I'm trying to show my side of it, thats all."
Zilana says, "Next time you are brought up for any reason be it distruptive, harassement or PVP you will be locked out."
Zilana asks, "Do I make myself understood?"
You say, "Wonderful. Yes."
You ask, "Even if its years from now?"
Zilana says, "I would worry about the hear and now and not years."
You nod.
Zilana says, "I am very serious on this."
You ask, "Why are you being so mean?"
You say, "I really don't see what I did wrong."
Zilana says, "Because you are not listening to me."
You sigh.
You say, "I am trying to."
Zilana says, "You argue."
Zilana says, "You get snide."
Zilana says, "You then try to say your sorry to make up for it."
Zilana says, "And in all that you didn't listen to anything I really said."
You say, "I'm asking for a reason why."
Zilana says, "Stop bothering other people in game who do not want to interact with you."
You nod.
You ask, "How do I remember who?"
Zilana says, "Make a list."
You say, "I have a question, pleas."
Zilana says, "If its not insulting sure."
You ask, "Does ardwen have right to kill me on sight? What if my friend talks me to HS and I don't know about it?"
You say, "Takes rather."
Zilana says, "Let your friends know you are avoiding Ardwen so they won't take you there."
You sigh.
You say, "Also."
Zilana says, "Take your friends to tables like you used to. ."
You ask, "Ardwen has alot of weapons on sale in his shop, except I am banned there. Could I raise the money for something in his shop, and give the note to my friend to buy it for me? Would that be considered disruptive?"
Zilana says, "Well dragging your friend into you problems is not very nice."
You ask, "That's a problem?"
Zilana says, "If it causes a big ruckus either for your friend or you thats distruptive."
Zilana asks, "You don't think dragging a friend into a problem is wrong?"
Zilana peers quizzically at you.
You say, "My friend and I are currently working together to get silvers."
You say, "Not sure what you mean by dragging him into it."
Zilana says, "I would learn what friendship is before you do something like that."
You chuckle.
You say, "Thanks for the insult."
sign of stauThat will not work here.
You grumble.
You grumble.
Zilana says, "It was not an insult."
Zilana says, "If you will drag people into your problems you don't care for your friends."
>You hear the faint thoughts of [Private]-Chivalrous echo in your mind:
"still going on?"
You say, "Well your putting me down, seriously. Your meaner than khaladon."
Zilana grins.
You ask, "Drag him into problems?"
Zilana says, "I will take that as a compliment."
You say, "I didnt think it was a problem."
You chuckle at Zilana.
Zilana says, "Ok please drop the harassement of Ardwen."
Zilana says, "Avoid him."
You say, "My question was, is giving my note a friend to buy ardwen something considered disruptive? You said, yes. If I own one of his items, (which are thousands) is that disruptive too? Heh."
You say, "Fine."
Zilana says, "Rethink your gameplay."
You peer quizzically at Zilana.
Zilana says, "I would avoid him totally."
You say, "Ok."
Zilana says, "Buy your stuff from someone else."
You say, "Answer the question ."
You grin.
You chuckle.
You say, "I'm not buying it from him."
You say, "Buying it from his shop."
Zilana says, "Warclaidhm I am not going to answer that without knowing what is going to happen."
You nod.
Zilana says, "You know you should avoid him."
You say, "I will avoid HIM.'."
You chuckle.
Zilana says, "I have no idea what trouble this will cause if you do this."
You say, "I feel a bit edgy that I can't own ANY of his items."
You say, "He owns half of GS's high end stuff."
You say, "I see."
You nod.
Zilana says, "My suggestion is to avoid everything to do with him it will make your life easier."
You ask, "Even his items?"
You ask, "That a friend will buy and sell to me?"
You chortle.
You say, "Crazy."
Zilana says, "But my warning is that the next time..you are pulled up you will be facing a lockout."
Zilana asks, "Understood?"
You ask, "Are you trying to scare me?"
Zilana says, "I am trying to get you to understand how serious I am."
Zilana says, "This is not a joke."
You say, "I'm not trying to threaten you, but seriously, this really makes me so upset I don't want to play."
You say, "No kidding."
Zilana says, "I also need for you to acknowledge that you will follow policy."
You say, "Yes, I will. In fact, I thought what I did wasn't agianst policy. I asked a GM and a Gamehost, the gamehost said it could be disruptive, but it depends on the GM."
You say, "So I guess your my perfect GM."
You chuckle.
You stand back up.
Roundtime: 10 sec.
Zilana grins.
You say, "Zilana."
You say, "I do know the policy."
Zilana says, "Ok I am sending you back. Head out of there please."
You say, "Backwards and forwards."

I care if you change. Believe it or not, my character does not like to dislike any other characters and gets along with most. Just stop trying to attract attention to yourself and keep it on the DL for awhile and people will come around. Seriously. Learn to script and powerhunt until you hit 55 or so. At that point hopefully you will be grounded enough so that not everyone thinks you're an ass.

Learn to play a sport or something. I think its fair to say I don't go out of my way to be an asshole to you or to fuck with you but seriously your starting to take things to far. A.) your putting way too much personal info on the internet that B.) people are skeptical about and don't really believe anymore because you've told so many lies and different stories. It really makes it hard for people to care or like you when you constantly lie and change positions. C.) Whats so hard about not bothering Ardwen? I realize you want to insist you have friends who spend a large amount of time at HS but who are they? D.) Your just looking for ways to iritate people with the shop stuff. Your banned so you want to circumvent it? Okay fine whatever but how would Ardwen even know unless you intend to flaunt it infront of him? Get over it.

This is what his whole life will look like. He won't get why his college professors don't just give him A's and not understand when he flunks out. He won't get why his bosses don't like the job he's doing, and he'll whine that they're being mean for NO REASON when they fire him. He'll say he read the contracts when they repo his car and evict him for blowing off rent, and his girlfriends'll all be bitches and not understand him when they dump him.
It;s always someone else's fault in Warclaidhm's World. It always will be. 15 years from now he;ll be on food stamps in Section 8 housing, letting the beer dribble onto his dirty T-shirt before he puts it down on the milk crate he uses for a coffee table, and even then he won't get it.
So man, this is your high water mark. you'll never have it better than you do now.

If you kicked holes in the doors in MY house, kid, you wouldn't have to worry about addiction to a freaking computer game. You wouldn't HAVE a computer. Your computer would be toast, and you'd be put on notice: Straighten up or live on the curb!

Yeah, i'd just put the game down...and walk away? Pretend you actually beat it, you know, like the first mario bro game. That would be nice, if the words "You've Won!" flashed on everyone's screen, then years of time wasted would be over, and everyone would be free. Also, break a tv or an airconditioner. Carefull tho, i once had one blow up on me.

Har. You mean "I'm posting here until everyone thinks the way I do." Because no way it'd ever occur to you that you're a jackass no one likes BECAUSE OF WHAT YOU DO, WHAT YOU SAY, AND WHO YOU ARE. Because if it did occur to you that'd mean that you were wrong and you had to change your ways, and in the Warclaidverse you can't possibly ever be wrong.

So let me get this straight.. you walk to HS knowing Ardwen is always there and you do this:
>report Ardwen is abusing his guild skills to kill me. Also, I am in hearthstone right now, I just come there to relax. I will ASSIST. Thank you
Couple things, my tiny brained friend:
1) There is no such thing as abusing guild skills. That is like reporting "A sorcerer is abusing his magical talents to kill me". Dumbass.
2) If you don't want him to kill you.. do what WARN INTERACTION tells you to do.. DON'T GO TO THE SAME ROOM HE IS KNOWN TO BE ALL THE TIME YOU STUPID FUCK.
3) You are by far the most socially inept player in the game today. Congratulations.. here is your prize:

Christ, you're shallow. I'd quit for his health and his sanity's sake. This is becoming a problem that obviously isn't going to be fixed by playing more. You're getting the problem way incorrectly.
The guy has NO socialisation.
Nothing. Gemstone is his way to socialize. Like some fatty old women that watch tv, it's their ways.
And it has a plus, when it is too much, too dangerous, too hard, he can QUIT and come back later.
Gemstone is a THERAPY for him.
The world is gemstone *10000. It is better for him to adapt himself to gemstone and then to the rest of the world.
WARCLAIDHMO: Your psychiatrist surely told you, FOCUS on ONE problem at a time.
REMOVE the idea of quitting. Then you're at the next logical step: identifying your needs/objectives.
When it's done, focus man, focus, one problem at a time. Focus on it, then when you think it'S done, go to the next.
Some people are amateurs, don't mind them, bro, keep your head up and be cool.

On a side note, I talked to a GM I know (concerning Simu contacting parents) and was told:
"no one in GS or simu is a trained counselor - trying to make a medical judgement like that is frought with liability - people talk trash all the time too - being 'virtual' it protects them from critiques or responsibility - especially if they just looking for attention"
Which is what I expected, but never hurts to ask.

I posted on another of the threads about Warclaidhm and will basically say the same thing here:-
This guy obviously needs help, he has real issues but I still cant help but feel sorry for him, I will repeat that I havent known him as much as anyone else here since I have only been playing GS a little over a year so maybe I'm being naive or maybe I am just a sucker for someone who I see has problems affecting/effecting his life. Then again I'm the kinda person who, even though I hate pigeons if I see an injured one in the street I will still take it home or will attempt to move it to a safe area.
I realise most of you are probably tired of hearing his problems etc, I can understand that, Warclaidhm you need to move away from the Landing and from people there........ Move your character to (You all are gonna hate me for this) Teras, Illistim, Pinefar or Vaalor, just stay out of people's way for a little while until things blow over and you sort things out in your head.
I can understand you getting frustrated with life, Gemstone, etc but these are things, obstacles you have to deal with. If something frustrates you leave it for a little while then come back to it with a clear head: I know that when Ive had problems with math or programming or whatever I've just left it alone gone and taken a break and returned to it after having had a drink or fruit or whatever and the problem sometimes clears itself up.
Look I may regret this but if you ever really need to talk you can IM me on AIM my SN is KittnZilla. (You better not make me regret this hehe).

I started GS in July 2003 simply to prove to my fiance (who had been playing for about 5 years) that a text based game simply cannot be as good as a graphical game: He won that bet heh.

The kid is really book smart. Its easy to debate physics with him and get into it. The problem comes when you try to get him to understand human emotions and how they work. As someone mentioned thats just a little more important than booksmarts when it comes to life.
I agree with the few people that have mentioned he needs help. I may be a sucker but I think Warclaidhm has the potential to be a decent and productive member of society one day soon. So far he hasnt disappointed me in this. For the rest, I think time heals everyone of general stupidity, sooner or later.

Wow. Just Wow. This thread popped up overnight.
Just a few questions.
If you get banned from GS what are you going to do then? Probably create more characters until your IP gets banned? Can they ban IP's? If your IP gets banned what will you do?
You seem to be the type of person that could go postal. I would not be surprised in the least if I hear on the news about some kid wiping out a building because they wouldnt let him play a game. Unfortunately after hearing about your temper and kicking in doors, I can see that in you now.

3 years ago he would have been 13? Damn, I remember playing this game when I was near that age and I was an idiot. I'm sure if I played when I was 16 or 17 I would be a pain in the ass as well.
I'm suggesting it might be the age mixed with a few other factors.

Or some stupid, fat-headed french-speaking canadians from Quebec, dead from the neck up, who try to analyse things and people from a text-based online roleplaying game that he doesnt play, trying to seem intellectual and failing dismally.
Someone took the fat comment personally.
Calm down. [/quote]
Indeed... Sometimes overreaction tells a lot about someone:duh:
Edaarin: I think at the "CALLS CENTER" thread made by PEAM or someone like that, the average paid there was bellow the one I was making.
If the average 18 years old american win more than 12.25$ + social benefits, CONGRATS!
And it's still a "student" job for me.
I read... somewhere, something. Something about some parts of the brain developping faster than some others.
Like emotions growing and the memory or logical getting over emotions.
Bla, I know.

$12.25 Canadian = slightly less than $10.00 American.
My job this past summer started at $9.50 per, and you're eligible for the company insurance after 6 months. Pay raises are 4 times a year guaranteed, more if you're any good at what you do.

Eh, 12.25 canadian is 12.25 us as your 1 liter of milk is around the same price as mine, as your meat is around the same price as mine, as your appartmenent is around the same price as mine, as my games are just a bit higher than yours, my cds, my dvds, my clothes, my deodorants, my toothbrush, my razor, my kleenex et cetera.
Or I'm paying less, or more, who knows. Fact is, you cannot change salaries like that, beside if you travel. Otherwise every damn US citizen would be MILLIONNAIRE if they would be any smart.
Still, if you're payed 9.50$ per hour at your summer job, CONGRATS!
Some people do not put their priorities into their jobs, you know.

I feel special for being able to form coherant sentences.
On topic: The kid knows stuff. The kid acts like he dosnt. How is that odd? I have met several near-geniuses in my short life who had absolutely no people skills (erm..dur. A date?!? huhuh...dur. Let me check my curfew with Mom. OMG, this guy was 25. Last time I date a Anthro major from rural Utah).
~R, playing devils advocate again. In complete sentences and without Hoohahs

I'm sure if I played when I was 16 or 17 I would be a pain in the ass as well.
I'm 17 and everyone loves me.

Hah, congrats my ass. I netted roughly $2800 after 12 weeks of work. My friend who worked at Morgan Stanley got paid $8500 (granted he's a year older), and one of the guys in my Marketing class made a little over $12000 selling books.
To Warriorbird, the company is Ahold USA, which owns the pharmacy I worked at. I guess I should mention they're $0.15 raises every 3 months...
