Should I upgrade?

I am still running 4.4.19 and don't have a lot going on this weekend, so wondering if this might be the time to go ahead and upgrade. My worries are this: 1) I upgraded before and couldn't get anything to work so I uninstalled everything and just went back to 4.4.19, 2) I read a lot of other posts about people upgrading and running in to a lot of issues.

Are most of the issues that people have related to known issues with Ruby and Lich, or are they usually user errors when doing the upgrade?

Man up and just do it. It's not like rolling back is an arduous task. You sound like a little girl!

Just do it. There really aren't that many issues and things are actually pretty smooth. Just as occasional one here and there, but I think that's because people are finally getting this tweaked and updated. All around - it's better in my opinion.
