Anyone know?
You also see a grimswarm orc hunter that appears dead and some wolifrew lichen.
Obvious paths: north, south
R>loot
You search the orc hunter.
You discard the hunter's useless equipment.
He had 325 silvers on him.
You gather the remaining 325 coins.
Interesting, he carried a polished bloodwood wand on him.
He also left a saffron gremlock bezoar behind.
He had nothing else of value.
A Grimswarm orc hunter decays into compost.

Not a gem. Not pawnable. Can't sell it.

Anyone?

Check the alchemist? Then maybe the furrier?

No luck at the furrier.

You ask the pawnbroker to appraise a saffron gremlock bezoar.
The pawnbroker turns the bezoar over in his hands a few times.
The pawnbroker says, "Hmm, a strange and unusual item to be sure. I'll give you 2550 silver coins for it."

Okay so.... it's something for alchemy? I've literally never ever seen one. How... odd.

Someone must be a Harry Potter fan, they makes these in magic class in the movie. They're kind of a calcified deposit that supposedly has the ability to draw poison away. This is actually a real thing though that people get, someone where I work has bezoars. She treats them with Coke.

That was the FIRST THING IN MY HEAD. Harry Potter and the scene where Ron got poisoned.

Nope. I tried everything. It must just be an alchemy thing.

Just found one of these today. Did anyone figure out what it is? Just a non-implemented alchemy ingredient?

Are these used for anything yet or worth anything on the market? Just found one and have no idea wtf

a radiant beastial soulstone, not the bezoar from OP

EDIT: Nevermind, found it on the wiki. Apparently the item has a typo with "beastial" instead of "bestial"

EDIT EDIT: Nevermind previous edit, the wiki had no actual info, was just a clip of someone being handed one by an NPC

EDIT EDIT EDIT: Still looking to find out wtf

I found a radiant "beastial" soulstone recently. I can't remember the exact wording but when looking at it, it said something about being able to pry/open it. It contained a tiny red and gold bestial fragment and a large red and gold bestial fragment.

look frag
Glimmers of golden radiance cling to the jagged-edged fragment of soulstone, while tiny collections of crimson motes swirl within, trying and failing to coalesce into groupings of greater substance and form.

The fragment is a fairly large chunk, and looks as if it could be broken down further without losing any of its alchemical value.

Are there any actual recipes for it yet? Or are they still RSN?

I found one, but it was different looking than that. It's a really rare alchemy ingredient.

Is it valuable though? Or just rare garbage with no recipes to use it on still?

I just found one of these things, but the description is different than the OPs. If someone can confirm that it's an alchemy ingredient (or whatever it is)...please let us know.

I have no handle on its value other than a bardsong placing it at ~12.5k but that's about it.

They are used for spirit beast potions. What little I know comes from http://forums.play.net/forums/GemStone%20IV/Old%20Forum%20Topics%20%5BRead%20Only%5D/Alchemy%20Discussions/thread/1869901?get_newest=true.
