In a recent frustration at trying to figure out what zests were on an item I thought it might be useful to make a compendium of known zest sets for things. What a set is commonly called, merchants that sell it, and the examples of zests. If anyone has something, please post it. Then, hopefully, if someone finds an item with a zest they can come to this thread and search the thread.
Any zest sets would be appreciated, thanks!

Here is a set of zests that is probably not too common. It comes on a hat that is a prize from Pennant Chase
>toss my hat at SELF (worn)
You remove your white leather hat and toss it into the air. In an amazing feat of agility you catch it with your head!
>toss my hat at SELF (held)
You toss your white leather hat into the air. In an amazing feat of agility you catch it with your head!
You throw your white leather hat at Kynan!
Kynan catches your hat on his head!
Kynan removes your hat from her head and bows with it in a ground-sweeping flourish.
>toss my hat (worn)
You remove your white leather hat and toss it into the air exuberantly!
Your hat flutters to the ground.
>toss my hat (held)
You toss your white leather hat into the air exuberantly!
Your hat flutters to the ground.
>roll my hat
You bow with a sweep of your white leather hat.
You put your hat back on your head.
>roll my hat at SELF
You go through all sorts of contortions trying to bow to yourself, but you just can't seem to pull it off.
You put your hat back on your head.
>roll my hat at eli
You bow to Elihu with a sweeping flourish of your white leather hat.
You put your hat back on your head.
>wave my hat at SELF (held)
You wave your white leather hat around vigorously in a bid for attention.
>push my hat
You tip your white leather hat.
>push my hat at elihu
You tip your white leather hat to Elihu.
>push my hat at SELF
You tip your white leather hat to yourself, setting new standards in courtesy and self-respect.
>tickle hat (worn)
You remove your white leather hat and fan yourself with it.
>tickle hat (held)
You fan yourself with your white leather hat.
>turn hat
You turn your white leather hat sideways on your head. If you meant to make yourself look silly, you have succeeded.
>rub hat
You slide your finger smartly along the brim of your white leather hat in a casual salute.
>pluck hat (worn)
You remove your white leather hat and wring it anxiously in your hands.
>pluck hat (held)
You wring your white leather hat anxiously in your hands.
>open my hat
You push your white leather hat to the back of your head. Time to kick back and relax, is it?
>close my hat
You pull your white leather hat down over your eyes, shutting out the world for a while.

Nalea
Nalea scripts are on the wiki: https://gswiki.play.net/mediawiki/index.php/Nalea_gown
Metallic gowns also seem to be on the wiki: https://gswiki.play.net/mediawiki/index.php/Metallic_gown
I've found that the wiki page on Xerria's Unlocking (https://gswiki.play.net/mediawiki/index.php/Xerria) helps a ton with figuring out what things have scripts, and there's links to what items with zests have pages on the wiki already.

The Xerria page only has what Xerria works on (or did at some point), Category: Item Scripts probably has more of what you're looking for https://gswiki.play.net/mediawiki/index.php/Category:Item_Scripts
The category pages are extremely under appreciated.

not that I can tell. I tried lace/unlacing and a few different variations.
Just call it a wavedancer dress, that's where it's from right?
a single-strapped dress formed of glistening opal-hued silk
Wavedancer - they don't make these anymore!
Pull: You hike up the hem of your silk dress slightly, to keep it from getting dirty.
Turn: You grasp the flowing fabric of your silk dress and twirl around in a graceful spin.
Shake: You shake out the folds of your silk dress's skirt, rearranging it neatly.
Clean: You brush a small piece of lint off the skirt of your silk dress.
Pluck: You pluck lightly at the fabric of your silk dress, removing a loose thread.
Kick: You kick a leg out before you, sending the folds of your silk dress billowing, as you pirouette.
Nudge: With a subtle tug at the waist, you pull down on the bodice of your silk dress, revealing the shapeliness of your form.
Raise: With one hand, you teasingly lift the hem of your silk dress a little higher, showing off your shapely legs.

zested parrot - not sure where these originally came from. Vender had one and I got one from the mentor's talk like a pirate day, 3 years back. Recently they had an analysis added.
You analyze your tiny purple parrot and sense that the item is largely free from merchant alteration restrictions, but the creator has stated that "The item has restrictions on changing the noun."
The creator has also provided the following information:
You get the impression that this parrot can be freely altered by any willing merchant, though it must always remain a "parrot".
You can currently try to WHISPER (the syntax is WHISPER MY PARROT <TEXT>), WEAR, REMOVE, POKE, PULL, and PUSH the parrot.
You get no sense of whether or not the parrot may be further lightened.
>remove parrot
You take a black-masked tiny purple parrot with a pale grey belly from your shoulder.
>wear parrot
You perch a black-masked tiny purple parrot with a pale grey belly carefully on your shoulder.
>poke parrot
The parrot squawks, "More ale!" and belches loudly.
>pull parrot
The parrot squints his good eye and mutters, "Stinkin' Krolvin lovers."
>push parrot
The parrot hops up and down squawking, "Open seas! Open seas!"
>whisper parrot testest
Your tiny purple parrot whistles and squawks, "Testest"

How about these?
This item is currently not unlocked, it is Tier 1 (off-the-shelf). It traps PULL, PUSH, RAISE, WAVE.
pull: You rest your naginata on your shoulder in a confident display, holding it at the ready.
push: Warningly, you swing your naginata in a wide arc before bringing it to bear in a defensive stance.
raise: You loft your ivory-hilted naginata up over your head and let out a resounding battle cry!
wave: You brandish your ivory-hilted naginata before you, swinging it in a dizzying array of parries and thrusts before you bring it back down to rest by your side.
Do those look like Theammer zests? He's not around anymore, not sure if they have a new name. He had some very unlockable weapon zests, but he wouldn't work for me, so I'm not that familiar with him.

Heimer scripts - these only work for pures and have different zest sets depending on your profession and, for wizards, the attunement.. please ignore my original assumption that they were called lesser mood messaging, as roblar has corrected that. Thanks!
these also have a lengthy loresong on the gnome who made them, which is another method of identifying them.
You analyze your black staff and sense that the item is largely free from merchant alteration restrictions.
The creator has also provided the following information:
A lacquered black staff set with a brilliant gold key symbol may be detailed by any merchant.
Currently, you are able to really get some sauce for your efforts when you LEAN, RAISE, TAP, and WAVE this staff, though you get the feeling that you will only see results if you are of a magical profession.
You might be able to have a talented merchant lighten the black staff for you.

Hkala Zests - also called variations on dagger hilt or hidden dagger. Hkala was the original merchant to release these. Original idea submitted by Subeta
Analysis:
You analyze your etched vultite gladius and sense that the item is largely free from merchant alteration restrictions, but the creator has stated that "There do not seem to be any specific limitations."

The etched vultite gladius is fully unlocked.
You might be able to have a talented merchant lighten the etched vultite gladius for you.

Nervestaff info:
SCRIPT DETAILS
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
The runestaff has a mechanical(combat) script which provides three basic types of functionality that can be broken down into the following categories:
AFFINITY - A special, custom 'bonding' like mechanism. Any given item can share an Affinity with only one person at a time. Affinity is gained by wielding the item and landing successful hits against like level foes.
BACKLASH - Potential negative effects, including immobilization, stuns, and nervous system damage, that can occur at random. As the wielder's Affinity with the item grows, the chance of a Backlash occurring are reduced.
FLARES - Off-the-Shelf, this item comes with a 'Muscle Memory' flare that, when triggered, will temporarily enhance the wielder's Combat Maneuver Ranks. The magnitude of the enhancement is based on the degree of Affinity shared with the wielder, while the frequency of the the flare is determined by the item's tier.
Unlocked items also possess the potential for an offensive 'Misery Unleashed' flare. This flare can ONLY be triggered when the the item is wielded against like level foes by someone with whom a COMPLETE Affinity is shared.
ITEM DETAILS
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
This is a tiered item that is currently Tier 3 of 4, which results in a 30% chance for the Muscle Memory flare to trigger when used against like level foes. It also has the following verbs available: CLENCH, TOUCH, STARE, and LISTEN.
The witchwood runestaff shares a considerable Affinity with you! This will result in a bonus of 8 to Combat Maneuver Ranks being applied when the Muscle Memory flare is successfully triggered.
Using this item in combat against like level foes will increase the Affinity Level
ALTERATION GUIDELINES
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
This witchwood runestaff may be freely altered by any merchant who is comfortable doing so, with the following caveat: The runestaff was formed of special saplings that were trained to grow around one another. In order to reflect this, it should always contain the word 'twisted', 'braided', 'helical', or something similiar in its TAP description.
CLENCH:
Gripping your witchwood runestaff firmly in hand, a powerful tingling sensation travels up the length of your arm. At first only mildly painful, the pins and needles penetrate deeper into your flesh, forcing you to summon all your willpower to maintain your hold on the runestaff.
<person> idly trails his fingertips over the surface of his witchwood runestaff, momentarily lost in thought.
TOUCH:
No sooner than your fingers graze the surface of your witchwood runestaff, is your mind filled with hazy fragments of memory both foreign and familiar. One memory bleeds into the next, boundaries lost and meaningless. Gradually they begin to fade and allow your mind to still.
<person> idly trails his fingertips over the surface of his witchwood runestaff, momentarily lost in thought.
STARE:
Chaos, in the form of swirling red, black, and white motes of light, momentarily occludes your vision. The kaleidoscope of color fades in and out of focus, each hue embodying a raw, primal emotion that evokes a near visceral response, before your vision finally clears.
<person> gaze grows distant, fixed on something distant and unseen.
LISTEN:
Opening yourself to the full force of your witchwood runestaff, a distant and indecipherable whisper teases the dark corners of your mind. Powerful emotions -- rage, joy, sorrow, and love -- fill your consciousness as you realize you host fragments of a psyche not your own. Felt no less deeply for not being your own, the cacophony of feeling swirls within and rocks you to your core before quietly fading, leaving you your mind as your own once more.
<person> enters a near trance like state, a host of emotions ranging from anguish to rapture playing out in rapid succession across his face.

Heimer scripts - I've also seen them called lesser mood messaging lately also.
Lesser mood messaging doesn't reference the Heimer script. Wyrom created a subscript from the canned ambient messaging of the greater mood messaging (Dhyne) script, that is compatible with most other scripts.
Basically, it is the 4 ambients in the link below, based on the item's flare/bless etc other property:
https://gswiki.play.net/mediawiki/index.php/Armor_and_Weapon_Moods_(saved_post)
But without having the the ability to customize messaging for CLENCH, RUB, an ambient, and maybe WAVE.

Not sure which these are
Lean claidhmore - You set the point of your kelyn war claidhmore into the ground at your feet and casually lean on it.
Push/press claidhmore - You brandish your kelyn war claidhmore in front of you, trying to look menacing.
Pull claidhmore - You lower the tip of the massive blade to the ground, giving your arms a rest.
Lean claidhmore - You set the point of your kelyn war claidhmore into the ground at your feet and casually lean on it.
Wave claidhmore - You swing your kelyn war claidhmore over your head in a murderous arc.

Here is the analysis on a Sophella item... Sophella items might also be called metamorphic, since they change description. Hers, in particular, however, were clothing imbedded with spells. The analysis, I think, actually looks just like any other metamorphic, but maybe someone can correct me on that. Different types have different requirements. There was a set of like.. pseudo-metamorphic sold that changed the long on some items.. like "a purple polkadot silk longcoat trimmed in ruffly lance" and you'd rub it and it would just change the last bit, so it might be "a purple polkadot silk longcoat covered in paint splotches"... But I digress.. I believe Sophella required each "side" to be made from the same material, but otherwise you could do different things.
You analyze your bourde vest and sense that the item is largely free from merchant alteration restrictions.
The creator has also provided the following information:
This vest may be altered by a talented merchant. If the vest has more than one long or show aesthetic, then any base description must make sense for all of the different aesthetics, and most merchants can only alter one of the aesthetics in a single sitting. If the vest only has one aesthetic, a handful of merchants may be willing and able to add a second aesthetic. An even smaller handful of merchants may be able to add even more aesthetics, but finding such a handful will be difficult.
You can try to RUB the vest.
You can tell that the vest is as light as it can get and that its pockets could not possibly get any deeper.
>rub vest
The vest shimmers slightly as your fingers graze the edge.
and then everyone else can see what it changed to, but you have to look at the damned thing or check your inventory to tell, which is annoying.
Off-the-shelf these had 2 sides and a spell in them. Sophella could unlock them by either making the spell MR, adding another side, or both. Her "auction/raffle quality" would have 5 sides, a MR spell of your choice off her list.. some examples included phoen's strength and dauntless.. and she'd max deepen/lighten them.

There any analysis on that, PK? my first thoughts are either the felthrop zests or the theammer ones. Did the theammer have an analysis? I am not terribly familiar with them, as the GM who created them seemed to hate me.

I had that script PK referenced on an axe, looks like I got rid of it after replacing my cold flaring axe with the Spitfire smartweapon one so can't check the analyze (pretty sure it had none).
Anyway, that script has different messaging for axes. I think axes & claidhmores were the only two weapon types the script can be applied to - I know I got it at EG and saw it offered few years running and maybe at another event.
