Also in a dynasty, trading picks comes into play. You could trade your entire next years draft of you wanted to go after a player or players who you felt could help you win the title this year. Dynasty will have you playing the waiver wire in March. It's great.

I've changed my mind.....I think the slow draft is a bad idea.

I don't check shit nearly often enough to guarantee I will check the site during my turn. Even if I have 5 people in front of me and am like, "oh I'm cool for a while" those 5 picks could go fast and I end up with an autopick. I can't dedicate myself to checking in every 8 hours to make sure it's not my turn.

In a sporting league I do, the solution to this issue we have adopted is to submit a list of the picks we want to the commissioner so that we will not be penalized by absence. In elcidcannon's scenario of "5 people in front of me", you could submit a list of your top 6 big board at that point and be guaranteed not to be autoed.

It's pretty common to have 3 WR or 2 TE in a PPR league. Not many receiving backs out there.

Those are just the guys with serious injuries. Ryan Mathews, Matt forte, Eddie lacy, cj Anderson, lesean McCoy, karlos Williams have been injured throughout the season and have missed time or had the injury effect their play.

There are more minor players like taliaferro and Zach zenner that could've had bigger roles if not for injuries.
