So I rolled up a dwarf warrior and am currently using a claid till my 30 days is up. I am probably going to go with twc unless maul is superior but I like the idea of moc with 2 weapons. I was wondering about what cmans I should be getting as a young warrior and I plan on doing guild skills probably feint first. I was hoping you could use twin hammer fists with twc but it seems it only works with brawling or empty hands :(. One thing to note about weapon choice for me is I have very little coin not sure if that will have an impact on which weapon style would benefit me more or not. I plan on testing them both toward the end of the 30 day period and fixing my stats for growth. Is there a weapons style other than the 2 I mentions that I should look into as lance would be to slow I think for my liking as a dwarf and sword and board seems to require ambush to be successful which I am trying not to do as I would of made a rogue if that's what I wanted to do. Also I am 3xing armor when is a good time to drop that down to 2x ?

I wouldn't worry too much about owning an expensive weapon. Many people have made it to cap and beyond using a simple 4x weapon. The same goes for weapon skill, use whatever you find more enjoyable. You really can't go wrong when deciding between THW or TWC. Sword/board is very much a viable path as well. You only need about 40 ranks of ambush to help you aim your attacks from the open. Plus you get access to all the awesome shield manuevers.

As far as cmans to get early on I would recommend weapon spec and bonding ASAP.

I think you're supposed to 3x armor until you can wear full plate then after that it's not as important anymore although armor points are nice as is overtraining armor use for the benefits of being over trained.

Well you could always do TWC with brawling if you wanted to use twinhammer fists. It works rather well, not great against heavily armored things until a bit later when you have a high enough AS but you could also use UAC against those creatures quite well. I'd suggest you 3x armor up to 140, or 150 if you decide you want to get 5 ranks of armor support. TWC is a lot of fun especially with MoC. Beginning maneuvers are often the same suggestion. 3 ranks wspec, 5 ranks bonding, and 2 ranks mobility, what you get after that kind of depends on which path you take. For sword/board when people talk about warriors ambushing, it means using the ambush verb to aim without hiding as rogues are want to do.

Unless you're a mutant/confused warrior like Mogonis.

It's very expensive early to accomplish, but if anyone can, it's a warrior, but if you want twin hammerfists - You could try for two weapon combat with both edged/brawling and get katars. Not 100% sure on the cman if that'd work, but with your 30 days you have ample room to try it out. Katars are incredibly good. It's just that the amount of TPs you spend to get them early is usually prohibitive. Warriors get weaponskills very cheap though.

Even for a warrior training basically 3 weapon skills is a lot of tps. And yes, twinhammer fists works with katars.

Are katars worth the TP cost?

I don't think they are and neither do most people, but a few have and do think they are worth it.

Except for the fact that you'd also have to double pay and park(Taking up slots) for enhancives, edged/brawl, to maximize it.

Meh, enhancives are optional and never actually needed.

Yeah, it's suuuuper difficult to do early, but for a warrior it's possible. They're basically falchions, with a 3/4 rt/min rt instead of a 5/5. * Falchions are much stronger against unarmored, and a bit better against lightly armored.

Just like playing GS, we do it for fun.

When you consider that the more dangerous creatures are going to be in the light armors, I'd say they are more important then the heavy armor. It is rare when you actually have to worry about things in heavy armor, especially as a warrior.

There is a difference between killing something and killing it quickly as possible.
