UAC boots and gloves

I am new to UAC but love it, and if these things do exist, I am trying to find some inexpensive 4x gloves and boots (blessable preferrably), or whatever the UAC equivalent is to these items. I am not a rich man (as my main is level 12), not looking for fancy gear just some.

If these things do not exist please feel free to ridicule me (even if they do exist, ridicule me for my general naivete).

I believe you can get 4x blessable gloves and boots from the weapon store in the landing. Might need backroom access and I think theyre somewhere in the neighborhood of 40-50k. 4x gear with flares are also pretty easily obtained from playershops usually and there are a couple of locations that sell them off the shelf.

You can also get the 4x blessible items from the dwarf cart near the pawn shop in IMT. I believe it's the tiger skin ones
