No other method unless you read the sign when you bought the item.

Since your post left ambiguity with the wording, you do not have to actually fill them. You can start to fill them and can then tell when they are "half full" etc.

Fill one up with 50, then use the empty verb to transfer it into the next one, etc, etc. So, still need to fill each one, but it's faster than shaking the jars like a polaroid picture, contrary to OutKast's recommendations.
