im in cahoots with paypal and currently trying to fix it, so best option for me
at the moment is netspend. if you dont have a netspend account
you can purchase a netspend reload card for transferrring funds at your closest gas station
or pharmacy or w/e for something like a $2 fee. its kind of
an emergency so hopefully this is okay with somebody.
