2x cap dwarf empath

So I just got a dwarven empath with 18.7m exp and was curious on builds/post-cap goals. My first real cap+ character and empath.
I would like to be able to hunt fully and heal as well as I can after those goals are met.
I have heard people going thw/ranged/pure/uac wondering what people find fun and efficient and where I should consider hunting.
Personally I can see him standing in a room laughing at everything trying to kill him then blasting the room apart with swift vengeance.

Well, you'd want 3x spells, 2x spell aim, 2x PF, 1-2x HP, 1x SMC, 8 ranks of armor, 57 ranks of transformation lore, 1x perception, 50 ranks climb/swim probably. After that 1x AS/MIU if you use them. 1x dodge, 1x cman are nice goals to have, people hate grinding them but with your exp, you might be able to skip that.

After doing some looking what would be suggested for spells? I do plan to utilize 240 so should I aim for 118/118/67mspirit or aim for max empath cs with more maj than min.

You can easily utilize 240 to great affect with your spells placed for max CS. If you haven't watched Kaedra in the arena yet, you probably should. The whole point of the spell spread you posted is to use mass silence and interference. A tactic Gib was using successfully in warcamps mostly. I'd personally aim for max CS myself and place the remaining 3 into MnS for a few more DS, so my spread would look like 166/67/70.

At that exp, I'd consider doing 3x spells, THW, and cman, with no spell aim. Get the best of all the worlds!

What should I go for with Lore's. Pretty much figured out I'm doing pure. What would the hunting look like area web,web,kill.

Aside from 57 transformation lore to have 0 hard round time from healing. I'd put the rest into manipulation then for spirit lores either all summoning or split it 102 summoning and 100 blessing. Blessing is great if you go GoS and a lot of empaths like the scar removal chance.

For spirit lores, I'd say go for 65 blessing and the rest in summoning and have fun with web bolt. For mental I'd do 57 transformation for RT, 65 telepathy for 5 CS cycles with 1110 and to be able to use 1120 on super high level undead (cause why not?), and 80 manipulation.

Also, 3x PF! It is in GoS, right? A dwarven empath should definitely be in GoS. Just be in GoS.

I see a few ways I could do spirit lores. With 91 blessing I would receive the most bonuses except with regards to scars without going over 100. I could do 65 blessing for full stamina but lose out on a few other things, but would the summoning make up for it? or I could do straight 100/102 summoning.

140 ranks of summoning will give your web bolt a 100% chance to web same level targets. My plan for my empath is 65 blessing for full stamina regen (he's in GoS) and the remaining 137 ranks in summoning, which will give him a 98%ish chance to web like level at cap. Eventually I will get him some summoning enhancives to give him a 100% chance to web liches in the scatter.

Fun fact, 100% chance web bolt + a fire flaring runestaff = a double fire flaring runestaff.

Alright. Now what should I be looking at with smc/mmc I hear that mmc helps boost some things and smc adds to 240 ad boost. Should I try to max both or can I live with 1x each until I get more exp

MMC used to help with boneshatter, they removed that and gave empaths just a flat bonus to it. SMC helps with a lot more then just 240 but I wouldn't feel a strong need to go above 1x until you've got all your lores and other things maxed out first.

Sounds good to me. Don't forget your 8 ranks of armor for doubles. Also why only .5 MIU?

Point wise its all I can fit. I can shave points off other places for 1-2x as/miu for runestaff ds. Right now he's semi spec'd for thw.

I'd only suggest MIU or AS if you plan to use those skills. So like 1x MIU if you use small statues a lot or something, same with AS.
