5x, 4x Acuity, T4 Nerve Staff

What does this mean exactly? 5x I get is +25.... but what does 4x acuity mean?

and does T4 for nerve just relate to the actions?

5x could be +21 to +25. I seem to recall these being +22, which stinks. The acuity is +3 for CS per rank with 10 ranks being max. Thus when flaring, it will boost CS 12. T4 nerve means fully unlocked with all of the extra zests and powers of the new nerve scripts once fully bonded after 1000 same age kills.

glowbark, fireleaf & witchwood were +22, illthorn, faewood & lor were +25 I believe
