Looking for a padded helm that protects head and neck HCP or better.

Duskruin has some great choices if HCP is enough padding as they come with resistances also. There's a number of temp exceptional and I think one temp mcp that has come up in recent weeks as well.

Don't write off a temp exceptional helm if it hasn't been used. They can last quite awhile.
