A flea-ridden black rat

As the title says, I have a flea-ridden black rat from the Duskruin Sewer. It's a special rat, much better than all the other ones from the Sewer. I'm just wondering what it's worth, if anyone wouldn't mind shedding some light. Thanks!

Selling a "special" flea-ridden black rat! MB: 3 million! Comes with a carrying case for only 1 million extra! It's exactly the same as a regular rat, maybe even a little bit slower, but I've branded him with an Apple logo, hence the price.
