You say, "By stealing from me, my friend Ganimead."
He since recently changed it, since we pointed out his mistake, but this just goes to show what kind of a person I'm dealing with here. He originally killed me for the first time when i was picking boxes up in an invasion, then a second time when I was taking him to solhaven when I offered to give him 50k when I heard he didnt have any silver to get to Teras, at which point I got pissed and killed him (i'm sure he was sore about this, being what, 20 trains over me) and he has decided to kill me on sight.
Oh well thats over with and he has ignored me from psinet. LOL
most of his shit is doctored. blah blah fucking blah
For the record I did get about 40 boxes from that invasion, but I didnt get anyone weapon. That would be really cheap, and I wouldnt want anyone taking my weapon, but the boxes are fair game.

Well he kept going on and on and on about this and that and making his insults and it got so tiring that I figured I'de humor him. It worked, he shut up quick and didnt say shit.
If you care to believe that, well then who really cares?
Assume I am 13, assume I am gay, Assume I am home schooled because I'm scared of getting beat up,
What then?

Actually.. stuff on the ground isn't fair game. Learn how the game is played dumbass. If you wish to take things off the ground.. fine.. but understand there will be consequences for your actions. You are a great example of today's problem with the game. You wish to provoke a conflict by taking things like stuff on the ground.. and when a conflict ensues.. you use report/assist/warn as your roleplaying verbs. You slam and you cry like the little puss you obviously are.
Do yourself a favor.. avoid interaction with Falgrin.. he'll likely make you cry as well.

I can deal with dying over "box stealing" but look over his post, 10 deaths? I attacked him once, of course, he killed me twice without any provoking, and after three deaths I attacked again, but then it got old and tiring, and I ceased the stupidity, but he kept on going. Running into town and throwing his spells around.
If anyone in-game kills me that many times, then expect to have the same "Pussy" treatment, especially if its obviously well over and you're up by 3 deaths and I'm out hunting and shit. Regardless of my actions, its abuse.

People tend to get abused when they bite off more than they can chew.
Caladari has attacked me on more than one occasion, unprovoked, and then ran.
Your reporting for the same shit you do...no wonder the GMs take your warn interactions for a grain of salt.

I was suppose to duel outside the North Gate, I was dueling Michaelous, you rubbed a blue crystal and tried shooting me with an arrow. That's unprovoked, and joining in anothers fight.
I say tried, because I dodged it, probably why I didn't bother killing you.
Oh, and my character is Alfue.
There were numerous occasions in the park as well. Not to mention, one time when I was getting my things back from the constables office, completely naked, you came in and killed someone else, then started shooting at me. I hadn't even heard your name yet.
Quit acting like an innocent victim and man up.
CalaDheNar
10-21-2004, 05:07 PM
Michaelous had told me to come help him out because someone was continually killing him. I came, I shot, I missed, You should have killed me, heh. But you are right, I did get involved in anothers fight. Michael gave me the blue crystal, even. I have long since stopped helping him in any way, even killing him a few times myself.
The time I shot at you in the constables office, as I told you, was a mistake. I was told someone was helping the person that we were after in there, but that person had left, and you were the one there. I should have asked first, but I didn't. I did apologise to you several times, afterwards, which I know didnt help or resolve the situation. my bad?

Caladari, you can't deal even deal with dying for just reasons that are RPed, because when you're bested, you resort to vulgar and OOC whispers in game and insults on PsiNet to goad people, or threaten to report them, which is so totally not playing the game.
You're a bad thief, a bad hider, and a whiner to boot. Stop bringing other people into your conflicts. And your other characters. That includes your friend Lashmila/Ramein. Looks like the GMs have your number, girlfriend!
I'll start a pool -- anyone wanna take bets on Caladari being locked out before December 31st of this year? I bet she's very close to being banned if the GMs are knocking down parties involved in disruptive situations -- and don't worry, Dhuul, I bet she got a nice little chat too. She'll probably lie and say she didn't.

The time I shot at you in the constables office, as I told you, was a mistake. I was told someone was helping the person that we were after in there, but that person had left, and you were the one there. I should have asked first, but I didn't. I did apologise to you several times, afterwards, which I know didnt help or resolve the situation. my bad?

Some morons like Michaelous keep coming back for more. He's started every fight that's got him killed...From calling Tillmen Alfue's boyfriend, to just being a complete asshat to Nalina and Alfue.
As far as to you, i'm just merely pointing out to you that you're not nearly as innocent as you think you are, as i'm sure you had what was coming to you.

Caladari, you can't deal even deal with dying for just reasons that are RPed, because when you're bested, you resort to vulgar and OOC whispers in game and insults on PsiNet to goad people, or threaten to report them, which is so totally not playing the game.
That includes your friend Lashmila/Ramein.
I'll start a pool -- anyone wanna take bets on Caladari being locked out before December 31st of this year?
I bet she got a nice little chat too. She'll probably lie and say she didn't.
ALLLLright where to start. First off, OOC whispers and PSInet vulgarities? BOO-fucking-HOO... I stay in character during the game, and if I get feel like telling you off in a whisper or psinet, big deal, ignore me. Sorry if i'm "SOOO not playing the game" heh thanks for the laugh babe
Next Lashmila and Ramein. Yes they're friends of mine, but we neither need each other nor rely on each other, we just happen to be around each other at the time you interacted with us. I bet nobody has seen us together in over a month. Another boo-hoo cry baby story. If you were attacked, im sure your friend would stick up for you, shove it.
Locked out before DEC,31? I'll take that bet, name your price. I'm glad you THINK you know what your talking about.
The GM discussion? The topic of the conversation was Dhuul not me. You want a copy of the log? No? Ok then STFU

Newsflash genius, you can still get pulled aside by a GM or warned for being vulgar and harassing in whispers.
Your actions in whispers, if they are bring OOC stuff into the game for conflict, and probably if there's enough evidence that you bring PsiNet stuff into the game can STILL get you chatted to or warned for being disruptive.
You getting locked out = priceless.

Yeah I have found out how idiotic Michaelous can be, but he's entertaining sometimes at best
I never claimed to be innocent. And I do take my deaths. A character I stole 8 blue crystals from has killed me that many times because of the crytstals. But back-to-back 7 deaths? How fair is that? If you werent reading HE killed me first, two times, because I "STOLE" his boxes from an invasion, He didnt even know which boxes were his, or anything. I was fighting in that invasion too, but after it was over with I'm going to pick up all the boxes I can hold. Regardless of any situation, other than me continually attacking, killing someone that many times in a row is wrong. There is no justification. He came out of his way, changed the items he was wearing so he wouldnt get them taken and killed me over and over and over again. I mean went out of his way to do it too.

I'm trying to not laugh at the stupidity here, so I'll try to be nice.
#1 ) It is UNABLE to be proved, no matter how many people show logs.
#2 ) All messages sent to PSInet are NOT sent to the game, so NO Gemstone does not log it
#3 ) GM / GH are unable to use Psinet while on duty (and possibly even off duty, but I am unaware of that, but even if they
were allowed, they couldnt bring it up when on duty)
PSINET IS AN OUTSIDE UTILITIY / CHAT, LIKE AIM, NOBODY IN POWER IN GEMSTONE CAN OR WILL GET INTO ANY KIND OF IN GAME TROUBLE FOR USING IT. Forget Nasser, if he got into trouble, it was because of their own stupidity (if it involved psinet)
That would be like me messaging you through aim with any vulgar or obscene message and you reporting it to the gm's.
All these items regarding Psinet can be asked to Jamus. If you decide to post about this, please get your facts straight. K Thanks

Laughing at yourself is a good thing. :)
#1 ) It is UNABLE to be proved, no matter how many people show logs.
Lots of things that happen in game are unable to be proven one way or the other. They are still able to be reported, however and are still able to be dealt with. If one is the subject of enough reports and complaints, one ends up becoming a HMC which is a fast-track outta the game.
#2 ) All messages sent to PSInet are NOT sent to the game, so NO Gemstone does not log it
Neither does Gemstone log a lot of things.
Pretty much everything that happens in GS is able to be seen by GM's if they are watching but the dont log everything that goes on. Needless to say, they can still act upon things that happen even where they dont log it.

Sounds like you need to.
Psinet is not like AIM, MSN or any other chat/messaging program because it is attached to the game and without the game it cannot exist therefore it does have an impact on what goes on in the game.
The difference being that, whilst you arent going to have any action taken against you whilst using psinet in itself, if you start influencing what goes on in the game either through psinet or because of psinet...guess what? YOU ARE!
As has been shown.
Enjoy your day :)

Um.. was told to post this here, lol
* Dhuul joins the adventure.
Thick stone walls frame a wide, wooden gate. A vaulted stone archway provides some cover from the weather, which is often inclement so close to the glaciers. The packed earth pathway skirting the town's walls gives way to a cobbled street in the same dark grey stone as the lower half of the walls. You also see a rabid squirrel, a rolton, a South Gate guard, the South Gate, a gate sign and a snowbank.
Also here: a stunned Dhuul who is lying down, Bjorgolf
Obvious paths: east, west
Roundtime: 3 sec.
HR>
Bjorgolf searches around for a moment.
HR>
An upset forest spirit floats in, following Dhuul.
H>KILLDHU
You are filled with berserk rage! Attack! Attack! Attack!
H>
Dhuul just left.
You remove a single silvery white arrow from a bundle of silvery white arrows.
You nock a silvery white arrow crested with blue and red bands in your thick haon yumi.
You fire a silvery white arrow at a rabid squirrel!
AS: +383 vs DS: +37 with AvD: +25 + d100 roll: +74 = +445
... and hit for 155 points of damage!
Well aimed strike shatters bone in right arm!
The rabid squirrel twitches its tail one last time and dies.
The guiding force leaves you.
The silvery white arrow sticks in a rabid squirrel's right arm!
Roundtime: 4 sec.
R>snicker
Bjorgolf laughs!
>
You snicker.
Note that he slammed before, which is why he was lying down and stunned. Shoulda spike thorned, lol
Edit: Pwnt the shit out of the squirrel though o.O

People need to separate OOC and IG stuff.
Caladari, I like you out of game but showal and Caladari dont really get along in game. Yeah they joke around every so often but when they see the opportunity, they kill the other. And some people might say that Caladari doesn't RP well, but I've never seen her step out of character, except in OOC chat, but isnt that what it's for? You are guilty of egging people on in OOC to get them to act IG, but that's because you're an asshole out of game too. Dont try to argue that, you are an asshole and you know it.
Dhuul, i dont like you in game or out of game because you can't separate the two. At least my fued with Caladari is laughed about out of game. You can't even realize that i reported you because of bad roleplaying, one of the things that aggrivates me the most. Your character is not a RP character if you run around in just a robe, killing everyone that has bothered your friends without having your friends point them out or even mention them.
I dont care how much Dhuul "pwns", which is probably one of the stupidest terms I've heard. He could be capped and able to kill everyone, but if he blows with his RP and brings ooc stuff in game, who really cares?
Yes, Showal was killed by Dhuul. It might impress some people, but showal's considerably younger than Dhuul and spends more time talking to people than power hunting. Dhuul was killed by Kazami in one cast as well, but that's not posted anywhere and this is probably the first mention of it on the boards...why? because it's not that impressive and it's that sort of out of game shit that causes problems. Dhuul was killed, Showal was killed, Caladari was killed, who cares? Everyone in the lands has a friend who's older than whoever they're fighting with that could kill the other...wow. Posts about you "pwning" someone else are generally posts that are not interesting.

And if that were the case they wouldnt need the "register" verb, and they would be able to take action about things that they had not been made aware of at the time. What they do say, I believe, is that they need you to report at the beginning of problematic behaviour so they can watch what is going on. Otherwise they cant. They have said to a number of people that they cannot check the origins of problems because they werent aware of it at the time. If they logged everything they wouldnt need to. Would they?

There's a flaw in your logic. You're making assumptions. I'm giving fact. The GMs checked the log to solve my problem. What they don't do is look at logs to see what happened in a conflict when they can easily ask the people involved. The GMs have even stated that all PvP is logged.

I know PvP is logged. Im sure that other things are logged too - like enchanting projects that have started etc. Important stuff is logged, for sure. But I am pretty sure that they dont log all the day-to-day routine mundane shit that happens in game.
Imagine the size of the logs, recording every single thing that happens all the time. That's ridiculous. It wouldnt happen.

I can't say it any other way to get my point across. Well that didnt work.
My point is that Psinet has a chat client that is attached to one of the front ends to the game. It doesnt work in isolation from the FE's therefore is dependent on them. Unlike Aim etc.
As people use it within the game, it can and has influenced what happens in the game, as Caladari is living proof of. GM's can and have pulled people for saying things on OOC and acting on it in game. Thats the point I was making.

PsiNet does not have its own interface and is therefore part of GemStone? No, I can't say it is.

I again state what has caused so many problems.. PSINET is an OUTSIDE client that IS NOT RUN or MONITORED by gemstone. ANYTHING that is done on PSINET cannot and will not be brought against anyone by a GM or a GH. You people can argue, you can say whatever you want. YOUR FUCKING WRONG! Again, you can ask the person who created the program, rather than argue about it.
This person you speak who MIGHT has gotten in trouble, could only have done so if both parties openly admitted doing what they did on PSI.
And one final note on Dhuul. Christ man, you just cant stop pissing people off. Its funny how this thread started out about me, and now everyone is pointing out how much of a cowardly dick you are.

and probably if there's enough evidence that you bring PsiNet stuff into the game can STILL get you chatted to or warned for being disruptive.
You getting locked out = priceless.
How the hell would a GM ever know if PSInet stuff was brought into a game? It is IMPOSSIBLE to prove unlesss I said outloud "I'm sending messages to someoen using psinet"
Your a fucktard... seriously
You continuing to post on this thread = Waste of time and my intelligence to read it
You don't think GMs have the ability to monitor PsiNet in some way and then know who is bringing stuff into the game OOC? You live in a dream world. Sure, they can't do anything said about stuff on PsiNet, that doesn't mean they don't know you are bringing OOC stuff from PsiNet into the game.

LOL, slamming isn't the only complaint I have about you. You also ran to the GMs and whined when you found out you couldn't kill me when I have a shield.
Anyway, you slammed in a conflict YOU created. I slammed because these guys aren't supposed to be attacking me at all, I don't know them. Sure as hell aren't going to die for nothing.
If you're talking pwned, check out your deaths above. I think the final count is 12 to 1? Ouch, buddy, how's your constitution?
Caladari/Sykix slammed several times when in conflict with me. First one, then the other. It was pretty amusing. So much for roleplaying.
GMs might not use PsiNet on their GM accounts, dearie, but they play too, on non-GM accounts and use PsiNet.
Regardless of how they get the information, if you're bringing OOC stuff into the game via email, whispers, IMs, or PsiNet, in a disruptive and policy violating manner, you will get a chat or locked out if their little chats with you aren't sinking in.

As much as I hate to say it, Caramia has a really good point. While the GM's may not be able to lock you out for something you've done on Psinet, it's definitly a good way to get insight on a character that is being looked into. There is no reason to belive that a GM or a GH wouldn't listen in on the OOC channel with their other characters. While the evidence may not be admissable, it definitly can clue the GM's on who to watch out for. So while you think you're slick Caladari and that no one is listening, Big Brother may be watching.
