Two Weapon Combat and Archery

Hello All,
I seem to remember that there was an advantage to training in (I think it was ) Two Weapon Combat along with Ranged. But for the life of me I cannot remember if there was such an advantage or what that advantage was. Any chance some of you number crunchers could chime in on this?

Nothing much with TWC, but THW is a nice complement to Ranged if you can swing the points for both. It's not easy, though.
