MIGHT I remind you also that these forums had not talked about Waridiothm for several months. HE, yes HE came here saying... "Oh since no one is bashing me anymore, how am I doing???" People tell him. Things get quiet again, and guess fucking what? HE then COMES BACK, makes another thread about himself saying the same thing and then preceeds to ask everyone here how he is doing. People tell him, then several other threads surface, then yesterday he makes yet ANOTHER thread asking people here how he is doing?!

No, I am not trying to gain sympathy, rather explaining myself. Once you've gone for years being a social outcast, having people mock, taunt, betray, hit, assault, ignore, ostracize, insult, throw themselves against a wall to get away from you and pretty much everything else you can think of aside from actually taking the time to get to know you, things start to take a toll.

I myself am treated for depression, as well as other things like ADHD and OCD. I take adderall and lexapro everyday because I have to. I don't complain, however, because it's what I have in my life, and I can only deal with it.

I put up with a lot. I've never had many close friends in my life, and I had 2 older brothers who, even to this day, gang up on me or leave me out, either/or. Very, very few people have ever talked to me long enough to find out who I am. Almost no one knows that I love listening to music ranging from Led Zeppelin to Beethoven while I play the game or work, nor that I am a member of a national champion quiz bowl team for my high school when we won in the summer of 2003.

I don't want sympathy, compassion, pity or anything like that, however. I want understanding. Everyone has their shortcomings. The person who says they don't is a liar. I've dealt with many years of rejection and isolation because of a perceived shortcoming, a shortcoming which is actually just another facet of who I am.

You tell me if I, in good conscience, can stand by and keep silent or even participate when I see it happen for another.

You tell me if I can live with myself if I've become everything I ever hated.

I'd have to agree with Chelle. No one had been talking about Warclaidhm until he came here and made a thread announcing his return and how he's doing so good and acting like he was more mature than most people on this board. After that thread died he came back again to tell everyone about the new character he made. The subsequent threads that appeared were due to his idiocy in the game itself.

Now lately I think GS has been pretty boring... at least making fun of Warclaidhm is amusing for a bit.

Don't get me wrong, I love you guys. Might not show because I'm getting a bit touchy about Warclaidhm. My "get a life" post, as I've told someone already, was a product of sleep deprivation and exasperation, and I regret having posted it.

I'll try to cut the attacks back on you guys, but my stance of not liking bashing people on a scale like I've seen for Warclaidhm hasn't changed. And not just for Warclaidhm. I'd do the same thing if I saw it happen for anyone.

That's one thing I need to make clearer. Letting people know that I get the joke, but am using it as a springboard into the main point of the post.

Regarding Warclaidhm, I've yet to see him turn against me. Even if he would, I would still defend him. I would defend anyone that I see being attacked and flamed so much. Even you, Tayre. ;)

I don't see the problem with us all expressing our opinion, I hate it when everyone jumps on one person for disagreeing with the masses.

I pretty much agree with Nilandia to be honest, I know Warclaidhm clearly has some problems but I think creating threads like this are just making it worse and giving him the attention he craves, which in turn means he will post here more often. I don't think that is good for him.

Also, I think creating this thread in the first place was a bit pathetic, but each to their own I guess.

I really dont know what all of you had to deal with before but I've noticed this fellow takes to friendly advice pretty well. I'm not sure about anyone else, but it was apparent to me that this person also has the mental fortitude of a very troubled teenager. Perhaps if we all tried something productive might happen, hmmm?

It really dosnt take much effort to point someone in the right direction.
