Since the result of bard spell casting failure from armor does not involve mana or rate (unlike all other spell casting?), if you assign a macro key to enter the following:
incant 1030\r
You might as well change it to:
incant 1030\r
incant 1030\r
Or maybe if you have an extra line of type ahead, perhaps:
incant 1030\r
incant 1030\r
incant 1030\r
... so that spell failures due to armor are immediately addressed without the requisite human reaction time of registering the spell failure and pressing the macro again. Same thing goes for 1002, 1008, etc.
