I sang to an orb and got the following line:
The orb resonates with your voice, indicating that it enhances its owner in the following ways:
It provides a bonus of 5 to Dexterity Bonus.
This enhancement may not be used by adventurers who have not trained 33 times.
This enhancive item has restrictions whose type are unclear to you.
The orb seems to be out of charges.
The bonuses provided by this item should last a very long time.
Is this perhaps a racial or profession restriction? Is there some way to find out more short of putting it in a fusion item, charging it up, and finding out whether I just wasted the charge up or not (ie whether or not I can recognize a benefit from it)?
