Issues with uberbar

I just re-upped my subscription after some time off, and at first uberbar was running fine, then on a couple characters the box disappeared and the "health" window popped up in its stead, though lich insists it's still running. I tried forcing it, killing it and re-running it, searching behind windows to see if it got hidden somewhere, and deleting and re-downloading it, but it's gone for good on those two characters (running fine on others). Is there something obvious I'm missing? Thanks in advance.

If you look at the "Windows" pane where you can click the eye shaped icon to view various windows, find your character's name in that list and click the eye shaped icon. This will re-open the Uberbar display.
