TD question

Last night I was reading up on TD when I read something I never knew before; 50% of TD gained against one element from a spell goes towards other elements and 75% towards hybrid elements.

Is the same true for stats? Does every 4 wisdom give give 1 elemental TD?

pretty sure that is only for spell TD scaling, so you don't end up with say, a wizard at cap with (level*3+wisbonus) self-cast spirit td.

I just tried it out. I cast 504 at myself from a scroll, assumed aspect of owl and cast again. Owl gives +20 AUR and +20 WIS. My TD only went up +10 from the AUR bonus.

If a spell gave you +20 Spirit TD, for example, you'd get +20 vs any spirit spells cast at you, +15 vs any sorcerer spells, and +10 vs any elemental spells.
