I would've said like 4m, but I then just got a +5 pole armband (also crumbly) for 1m, so perhaps less.

So the value there is the polearm bonus, correct? I don't even know how much people care about MOC bonus.

MOC is awesome. Especially for polearm users. FoF is a big reason for death in later levels, if you die at all.

Yes, the value is in the pole bonus, though the buyer probably won't mind the MoC at all, and may bit a bit more value on it because of the MoC.
