This has to be one of the more amusing threads I've read and actually wanted to post in. Although none of my various personas have had any interaction with Garr I have to say he (the player) earned my respect for posting in a place where I'm sure he knew people wouldn't take well to it. I can remember not too long ago when I was new to Gemstone and around his age and not knowing a damn thing about what to do or not to do. It's just a pity he had to learn the hard way how evil and petty people can be to each other, even in a role playing enviornment. We get most of your shows on satelite TV. Paramount, Sci-Fi Channel, etc. Fraiser is one of the few American programs that is on terrestrial television as well (none cable), along with Friends, Simpsons etc.

Its been this way forever, as Bob said, I have memories of watching Cheers with my parents when I was very little. While our shows aren't as common (so I am told) over there, we are often...saturated with American TV. It stops beyond comedy though. And Jerry Springer.

Have you actually BEEN to Cozumel? There's nothing really beautiful about 90% of the island... it's mostly a slum. The ocean and surrounding coral reef is pretty nice, but driving through town was downright depressing to me.
