F2P Empath Script?

I've been experimenting with F2P accounts, and this popped up as I was considering what might be helpful for new and old people using these accounts. So, out of curiosity - I was wondering if anyone was interested / willing to create a F2P Empath healing script. Maybe just a wrapper for the currently useful healing scripts that already exist. The script would be helpful for F2P players trying to work with all of the restrictions.

Here are the F2P healing rules:


Healing

The last 10 players healed are kept track of. Each time a new person is healed, the oldest name on the list is bumped off. A single player can only appear 2 times on the list. A healing pass increases this to 4 times.

An empath must first link (via TOUCH) to their prospective client. This linking process takes 30 seconds (15 with a healing pass). Once established, the link lasts for 3 minutes. All wound transfers done during this link are considered part of a single healing session (one entry on the above list).

So, for the F2P script, it would be great if the list could be kept and it would be able to keep track of healing "customers" to be displayed with a script command. On top of that, it would also be nice if the script could keep track of the 30 second delay for the empathic link to work (since there is no visible RT).

That delay is kind of frustrating for a new player. You can't help someone in an emergency - they have to be able to survive for 30 seconds unaided, so hopefully no one is bleeding out. It also makes it really hard to "compete" for healing since everyone else is going to heal players before you even get to them, or they're going to eat herbs since you're taking too long to bother with... Anyway - rant aside it's just another way F2P accounts are unable to interact with players. The healing limit is perfect fine, and totally makes sense - but whats up with that 30 second delay to start? Anyone have any idea why that is necessary?

The delay is only dangerous to the person dying of blood loss. The touch link thing was said to make it so no one but you could heal them until you unlink.

this wouldn't be too hard but, this also seems like it should be built into the game for new players (as many things lich does...) but this one especially. if you haven't i'd suggest it on the officials as well.

new empath: "why can't i heal this dude"
veteran: "noob how, you can't heal the same person that soon"
new empth: "well how do i keep track of that?"

They should have never been allowed to hunt and heal for exp with equal efficiency. It was just done because there were so many empaths.
