Ensorcel work for my 4x/2x mana flaring runestaff

Just FYI on difficulties, I experimented with a mana staff and have some difficulty data here:

So you're probably looking for someone around level 70. I'm not offering my services, but you can expect to pay 1.5-2mil/necroweek so up to 2mil for T0->T1 and then up to 3mil more for T1->T2.

From my data it seemed like mana flares are approximately +1 difficulty level relative to elemental flares.
