Permanent fletching razor

Alright, I saw a couple people asking about this on LNet today, and checked PC, and apparently there's a sizable interest.

I have a permanent fletching razor for sale.

A blackened silver fletching razor inlaid with onyx teardrops.

It makes disintegrate flaring arrows.

The razor is surrounded by a brilliant black aura.

From the interest garnered today, I have decided to put it up for auction. Once/twice/last call/sold style. Simple as that.

Xayle has accepted your offer and is now holding a blackened silver fletching razor inlaid with onyx teardrops.
You quietly say, "I can't figure out. I've tried loresinging, analyzing, inspecting, and 405ing. I even tried fletching with it. Nothing changed or indicated whether it was permanent or not."
Xayle says, "It has unlimited disintegration flares."
Xayle says, "But, that is a lot of trouble to go through, so I'll see about having something extra added to the analyze." *We were talking about how to figure out which razors are unlimited, and which are not*
Xayle says, "I actually kind of like it when people point stuff out that's a bit lacking on my scripts. Then I know what to approve about them."

Xayle is the GM who made the razors. Due to the messaging being nonexistent to tell the difference between unlimited and limited without a GM to check the code on it, there's no way to differentiate. The one difference between a charge-razor and a permanent razor is that a charge-razor will start with "a brilliant *color* aura" and as you use it, the potency will go from brilliant, to bright, to normal, to dull, etc etc, until gone. Then it's out of charges. Permanent ones never degrade in hue potency.

Anyways.
