I think it's on a +20 whip-blade at the moment. Worth anything on that weapon or orb it? If orbed, what's a good value for it? Thanks.

The only value a weapon enhance would have on a weapon would be if it's actually useful for the person using the weapon, or if they do the spire anytime soon in changing the weapon type to match said weapon.

not sure why a brawl bonus would ever be useful on an edged weapon outside of some very specific edge cases, like someone mainhanding an edged weapon/katar and offhanding a sai instead of a gauche.

Further, this is a whip-blade...which are up there for most useless weapon base in the game.

Much more valuable as an orb, but with the permanent addition of the fusion shaman in the spirit beast airship, no reason to orb it first.

a +13 brawl bonus orb is very significant, but is a comparatively unwanted skill compared to edged/thw/spellaim so won't sell for as much as those. I'm not sure what to value it at. Theres 6-9ish orbs for sale on playershops for 2.5-3m ish.

if you decide to sell i'd probably be interested so i say 350k SOLD :D
