Bloodriven Village coin pouch

Hunting on glacier today I came across this in a box:

a tied leather coin pouch

When I picked it up:

You remember hearing about how some couriers coming from Bloodriven Village were ransacked, and that pouches just like this one were scattered across Elanthia.
You remove a tied leather coin pouch from in your grime-covered cloak.
>open pouch
You untie the drawstrings on the coin pouch and open it. You remove something from inside the pouch and toss it away.

You glance over the black and white handbill that was inside the pouch, but it doesn't appear to be anything special.

There is nothing there to read.

Depicted on the handbill are the images of well-known criminals around Elanthia. A map of the Locksmehr River is hastily drawn on the back with a red X by the foot of the DragonSpine Mountains.

In testing out scripts on the handbill:
>turn handbill
In a flurry of motion to you rip your black and white handbill to tiny pieces, cupping the confetti carefully in your hand.

You glance down to see a handful of black and white confetti in your right hand and nothing in your left hand.

Has anyone come across these before?

Yes it is tied to a new mini quest coming soon called Duskruin.

It will be free to any to go to the village and see the shops & wares, but items can only be bought with bloodscrip, a currency you earn by dueling in the arena there in bloodsport matches against a series of critters (or by finding in those boxes).

The handbill/confetti means you didn't find the good stuff that time but still something to play with, toss it.

Handbills are junk, keep the bloodscrip (currency) or dueling slips (free entrance into arena to fight) if you find them.

OK, thats what I thought. I figured it was related to Duskruin. I definitely laughed when my character ripped it up lol

So are you saying that this pouch had a chance of containing bloodscrip? I guess I thought you could only find that by participating in the Duskruin events, the arena and the sewer.

They were carrying coin pouches with bloodscrip and dueling slips, as well as simple handbills, to deliver to known fences around Elanthia. Be on the look out to find them in treasure chests while you hunt!

I found a blood scrip thingie worth a whole 2 blood scrip.

This sounds the same as when we were getting those posters for an even awhile back. The ones that were no good were just able to be turned into confetti and BLOWN away or whatever you wanted to do with them.
