You are holding a female half-elf rogue figurine. She has waist length, ringleted black hair. She has dark eyes and a button nose. She is holding a tiny lockpick and a tiny leather whip. She is wearing some tiny thigh-high boots, a tiny low-cut leather bodice, some tiny white leather pants, a tiny woven platinum choker, a tiny silver wedding band, a tiny ruby and platinum ring, a tiny platinum waistchain and a tiny set of chain hauberk.
>glance
You glance down to see a half-elf rogue figurine in your right hand and nothing in your left hand.
Are these some type of toy? Or is this a series? I don't remember seeing figurines with items inside them like this before.

If I was holding her, there would be something in my left hand. Osnap.

Good guess, but I checked mine and they take a snapshot of you and look more like this:
Painted bluish grey eyes gaze from the dusky golden face of the masterfully detailed likeness of a giantman warlord. He has shoulder length, thick dark brown hair with grey at the temples. He grasps an immense double-edged waraxe, ready for battle. Scratched into the bottom of one of his golvern-plated boots are the words, "Troubled Waters ~ 5114."
Unless it was altered.

Hey wait, I've done several troubled waters runs and not gotten a figurine. How do you get it?

It was only available for runs during the month of May.
Tickets cost more then too, the original $14.95 per run.

That figurine looks like one of the 'dress up your own doll' action figures of EG 14
