Getting Lich to work with F2P accounts

Open up your lich.rbw file.

Do a search on the string:
/NORMAL|PREMIUM|TRIAL|INTERNAL/

Replace/Modify it so that it shows:
/NORMAL|PREMIUM|TRIAL|INTERNAL|FREE/

It should appear in like, 3 places in the code or so. Then you can find your characters via the Lich connect UI.

not very computer savy how do you open the file so you can look at the code?

yeah I get that thanks, I go to the lich.rbw file all I know how to do brings up the join game client. because it is and .exe file so like I said not real good with computers. any helpful info on how to get futher would be appreciated

it's not an exe, it's an rbw

just update lich, it's been fixed by tillmen.

You only need to edit lich.rbw if you're using Lich 4.4. If you're using Lich 4.6, do a ;repo download-lich

lich.rbw is not an .exe file. You can open it with a text editor.

thank you I appreciate the help, was looking for a way to open it with a text editor like notepad or open office but could not find a path to connect them. will look harder next time

Can someone help? I have windows 10 and cant get lich or ruby to work I have downloaded from the wiki and everything and still nothing is working, I have also downloaded it from lich itself and still nothing. I don't know what i'm doing wrong. if anyone can help me that would be great. I just don't know what to do. sso if anyone can help me would be great.
