Not really. I've seen them sell for a few 100k at most these days. The treasure system just puts out to many blank and spell containing mage rechargeables items for them to still hold their value of old.

Probably somewhere in the 25-50k ballpark but the value of the gem plays a role in value.

Basically the one market for MR gems is blessing spells into them. The imbeds in the treasure system (save the major desirables) are largely worthless because they hold such a crappy amount of mana.
