5x enhancive runestaff

An Ithzir scout had this thing:

a well-balanced storm grey mesille runestaff

5x (mesille is naturally 3x, but this is 5x)
Adds 9 to Intuition
Adds 4 ranks to spirit mana control
Adds 6 ranks to elemental mana control

Runestaff is unused except by the scout (and he didn't get a chance to swing it).

Seems like a decent backup weapon, but then I don't use runestaffs so I wouldn't know. Any thoughts as to value?

Folks, I've received a few offers on the runestaff. I have a young wizard on my account (I almost forgot he even existed) who as it turns out is just barely old enough to hold the runestaff, and I've decided to let him have it for now. Fortunately he is too young to hunt in any area where he might lose it.

A rep comment I received would seem to indicate I need to clear something up.

This is the "Appraisals" folder. It is not the "I'm dying to sell you the item folder". I made no commitment to sell the item to anyone. If you have trouble understanding the difference, get lost.

I rarely sell items. The last item I sold was an enhancive pouch to Shaft in February 2014 (http://forum.gsplayers.com/showthread.php?88440-Enhancive-Pouch&highlight=pouch). Before that, I think it was the 6x waraxe to another rogue whose name I forget, but I know it happened in August 2013.

I'm not saying I won't sell anything I ask about in this folder, but I am certainly am not obligated to do so.
