Before you stands a grand old manor, framed by huge willows to the east and west. The elegant trees sway gently in the moonlight, dappling the cobblestone courtyard with ever-shifting patterns of light and dark. Snippets of conversation drift away from the long porch stretching along the full width of the great old house, as several guests enjoy the hospitality and ambience of this fine hideaway. You also see a churning cloud, the porch steps and a hollow tree stump.

Suddenly a lightning bolt explodes from the small thundercloud and strikes a perfect black essence rose with a brilliant flash with some of the bolt hitting Belnia!!
... 35 points of damage!
Spectacular arc of electricity enters one ear and comes out the other. Instant death.

The black essence rose is vaporized!

I'm not sure what you mean.

Hmm, let me explain what I did, and perhaps that'll make sense.

Sorcerer's have the illusions as a guild skill, correct? I did an ILLUSION ROSE, which was then in my hand.

I then cast Call Lightning (125) at it, while it was still in my hand. Belnia obviously saw this and thought I was mentally unstable, etc.

I waited until the messaging RIGHT before it strikes, and then I typed: "POINT ROSE AT BELNIA".

Doing that instantly transferred the rose from my hand into her hand. The lightning hit the rose, and since she was holding it, hit her as well.

You can only do that if they have empty hands, remember. I made sure she had the such before doing this.

Oh! Don't get me wrong, here. I absolutely adore Belnia. We're friends. I was just getting some divine retribution against her. (She had killed me with Spike Thorn prior to this.) It was all in jest -- unfortunately for her, the log turned out to be godly, which is why I posted it.
