Some flickering foxfire green motes occasionally fade into existence on the surface of the copper flute.
You see nothing unusual.
When you play it has a chance of creating "some flickering foxfire green motes". The better your skill level, the better the chance of creating them. Anyone can do this, you do not have to be a bard. The summoned motes will move and dance around the area, anyone can see them, no one can touch them... their movements depend on what type of song you are playing.
