It would be a two handed weapon, but with a high parry bonus, lower dodge chance, and an ability to swing TWC-style at a cost of severe DS and all the parry bonus. Each weight is held in one hand, with one weight thrown at the foe with the other guiding the line, and using the offhand weight to parry/deflect/disarm/entangle an opponents weapon strike.

Just had to search for GoGo Yubari weapon, though hers has a handle and instead of double-headed. Same same.

Yeah that thing is a version of a slungshot. Not a slingshot.

Meteor hammers can have one head or two. Commonly also referred to as rope dart. I use one in real life for entertainment purposes.

It's also a variation of a kusari-fundo, as a uniform weight size is not mandatory. Though probably best for inexperienced weapon users.
