a kakore quarter staff

As you sing, you feel a faint resonating vibration from the kakore quarter staff in your hand...
The harmonics generated tell you that the staff does extra damage when it strikes.
The staff resonates with your voice, indicating that it enhances its owner in the following ways:
It provides a bonus of 3 to Constitution Bonus.
This enhancement may not be used by adventurers who have not trained 13 times.
It provides a bonus of 1 to Max Spirit.
This enhancement may not be used by adventurers who have not trained 40 times.

The staff looks to have a lot of charges remaining.
