So....
Who's gonna watch the mini series this weekend? Right now is the Farscape marathon on sci-fi to prepare!
So any other fans?

I'm gonna watch it just to see how they're gonna pull off Crichton and Erin being alive.

Could someone tell me what this show is actually about? I don't watch much TV, seriously.
Um. Aren't they supposed to be bringing back Farscape (new episodes) and what not?

No it's like a mini series that sums up the entire last series in a few episodes. Then I think if it's a hit they may do a movie.

He's also too smart for his own good, and decides "I wonder what it's like being in the center of a wormhole?" He somehow convinces NASA (cleverly disguised as LASA, or some crap like that) to fund his spaceship and flies through to the crazy side of the Universe. He (in a typical American moment) barges right into the middle of a huge conflict. On one side are the Peacekeepers, a race resemblent of humans, only they're all British. On the other side is everyone the Peacekeepers don't like (aka everyone).
John ends up on a former prison ship (that happens to be alive) along with the Tough Guy (the Luxxon, Dargo), the Mystic (Za'an, or something like that, she's blue), the Jew Reference (a shrimpy puppet who is the 17th Archon or something like that, his name is.. uh.. I can only think of Romulux, and I know that's not it), and a Peacekeeper who had to run away from her side because she was contaminated by the lesser species (i.e. John) (in the BUTT!!).
They eventually throw in a Cat-esque person for Dargo to ogle and a crazy half-face guy to liven it up a little (half a face, get it?) and the Peacekeeper chick and John fall in wuv. I always thought of her name as Aran, but Erin works too. It also turns out there's the classic Even Worse Guys group of aliens so John pseudo works together with the Peacekeepers. Everyone dies like nine times. After the first few seasons, I didn't watch as much. Something else was on.

They have been doing a short daily marathon starting from the beginning (second rotation now) from 7 am to ... whenever, since last week and up until Friday I think.
DVR is so awesome.
I can't wait for the mini series and this marathon has reminded me how much I loved the series. I'll be buying the DVDs now; they show boobies in the DVDs.

So, who watched the mini-series? Now that was some good drama. I wish they'd do another season. Unfortunately, the sci-fi channel thinks that airing 8 episodes of Star Gate a day will be more profitable.

Seriously the shows they replaced it with are shit. Like scare tactics? Uh... ok...
tonight was great I had no idea how it was going to end till the very end. I thought John died for a sec! It was so sad

Sci-fi's been going down hill for a long time. Ghost Chasers has to be the lamest one yet. Maybe a real network will pick up Farscape if the mini does well enough. Or maybe a movie....

Dont like Farscape much. But I am a BIG dork for Star Trek and have been ever since Spike TV started airing 2 hours of it in the mornings.
