Krakii - armor padding info

What happened to Krakiipedia? Sheesh, a lot happens in a year. That was always my go-to place to figure out padding. Can someone tell me the padding weights? I know Heavy is the max that can be done with premium points, I'm trying to figure out the weights after that. Btw, can armor that is padded higher than Heavy be further enchanted using premium points? Say from 2x to 3x if it's already masterfully padded? Thanks!

Also, pretty much anything can be enchanted with points, old style claids aside, but enchanting items with weighting or padding is more expensive.
