Thats really bad. You'd see the progress he was making and always get kind of hopeful. Le sigh.

Oh I agree. I love that movie. He was great in many movies. He just stands out more as Superman to many because of how long he portrayed that character. He'll always be Superman to me. :tissue:

He brought so much hope to so many people. I am glad that though he died young, he made a difference in the world.

I hope his family is ok.

Sad... I just saw him on some a primetime news show just last week. He had absolutely no hair on his face or head and he looked sort of sick. Hopefully he's resting in peace.

I know this is really like, wrong of me, but I always wondered if his wife was faithful to him after the accident. Yeah, I'm a freak.

And we still love you :)

A dark part of me wondered that, too, I must admit.

Sad to see him go. I hope his death isn't used for a misinformational presidential commercial now.

Longer bush is president longer people with similiar ailments will be without help.

I can't help but to think about the south park episode with him cracking open fetuses and suckiing on them to make him stronger.

I was thinking similiar thoughts also the article says he died of a bed sore. I've always read although bed sores are common sometimes they develop through neglect by the caregiver. I hope that is n't the case here. Surely he had a private nurse staff?

It's a shame and he will be missed. I was hoping he would recover and walk again.

Maddox was kind enough to update the title of his article to Christopher Reeve Was An Asshole.

I hope it wasn't a caregiver either. Usually, with people who've lost feeling in their body, its easier for them to contract infections because for the most part, they can't feel anything in whatever part of the body that's least suspectable.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who wondered that. I thought he went into cardiac arrest while they were operating on him for something?
