Do you want to buy a wizard and do it yourself? I have a couple sitting around that I haven't been playing that could do the job.

never done it myself...I just want enchanting work done! It's a simple project...was hoping some kinda youngish wizard would want the opportunity to make some coins.

If you do not want a good chance of it blowing up then it will take one that is about 50 trains to have a reasonable chance of only risking the 3% and that assumes they are trained for it and not as a warmage.
