Head-worn Feature Concealer?

Something that conceals features such as hair, nose etc when worn on the head, once removed would show features again...I coulda sworn these were newly released and in existence but I haven't played in a while so I'm not sure.

If they do exist, I am looking for one.

If not, well ignore this post...
