Does anybody play SFV? I'm trying to get into it but I'm an ultra-noob it seems and struggle to combo some super basic shit. Haven't really played fighting games since SF2/KI on the SNES, and even then I was mostly just a button masher.

I had IV but haven't gotten V yet. Ryu and Ken for lyfe.

I have it for PC and it had/has some issues. You can't customize your keybindings, and it only supports some (Xbox) arcade sticks. For those it doesn't (like mine/PS4), you can use Joy2Key or I found a .dll you pop into the SFV directory and then the stick works in game without J2K (but you're stuck with the default button layout).

I never saw your reply originally but they finally got around to fixing my issues (even before AE came out), I think the graphics are good but the models sometimes are weird looking, not like MvC:I though.

Anyone playing AE? I decided to try Laura as my main and I'm enjoying it though I'm real bad, would love to get in some sets to learn from/advice.

I have MKX and Injustice 2, but I'm just not into them as much, I dunno. I like watching tournaments and events but not so much on the playing I guess.

Does anyone still play this? The control seems mushy on this version not to mention why the fuck are certain characters behind a paywall? Snagged it for $8 on Steam. A bit disappointed in it so far.

If anyone does still play tournament anyone? Perhaps Amazon gift card prize for the king or something. It’d be cool to have to do random then at upper brackets bring your top tier fighter.

Well so much for my tournament idea. It really is disappointing, guess I’ll stick to playing Zero 3 on my Saturn, which was the best version of the game. Wish Capcom would port Zero 3 into V then it’d be worth my $8.

I'm still playing it, Season 4 just came out on Sunday after Capcom Cup. Only one new S4 character released so far, Kage, who is basically Evilest Ryu.

I saw that update come in. I admit my enthusiasm to continue to play the game is lacking other than to unlock characters at this point. They’ve totally ruined Charlie and Karin. Haven’t gotten Cody yet to see how good or bad he may be. Is Dan available to play somewhere or is he locked behind a pay wall too?

Karin was so much fun with her counter attack. Now meh....
