Semi disappointing because of the level requirement. I can dig it, since I have a capped character, but it's sad because if it was midrange levels, it'd be selling for double. Gotta wonder if, when you combined stuff, they tacked on levels to prevent usage at proper level ranges.

they raise the level in line with the power of the enhancive, that's part of the enhancive system. If this item had zero level requirements, which is relatively rare and doesn't occur in treasure system items, I don't think any would have been added.
