You sense that the black marble bauble is a magic item that contains the Phoen's Strength spell with a total of 7 charges when fully charged. It recharges a single use roughly every 200 minutes. The bauble hasn't been used recently.

Very slick item. I'd suggest 75 for an opening bid and wouldn't jump on a BO unless it was something truly insane. This is a universally useful spell. I'm assuming RUB is the activator?

70m was the baseline for those when they were released. Start there. No BO.
