Like the title says. The weathered leather climate cloaks were sold off the shelf at EG. I never had an opportunity to get mine unlocked at all, so looking for one that is. Probably looking for just a T1 unlock. Can do straight up silver. Or, if you happen to like the look of the cloak, I'll trade you one of mine that is locked plus some silver for your unlocked one.
