a sleek mechanized vambrace - Intricate gnomish craftsmanship is plainly evident in the design of this mechanized vambrace, with tiny iron gears and cogs inlaid within its entire structure. Small invar casings line the interior of the vambrace, while leather-wrapped bands of iron are attached to tiny hinges allowing the vambrace to be secured about the arm. A small red button is inserted into the underside of the vambrace.

You see nothing unusual.

>rem vam
You tug at your mechanized vambrace in an attempt to remove it. A moment later its iron gears spring to life as it unwraps itself from your arm, coming loose in your hand.
>wear vam
You place the mechanized vambrace on your forearm and give it a squeeze. A moment later tiny iron gears begin whirling as it latches its iron bands securely about your arm.
>turn vam(with just one)
But the mechanized vambrace only has 1 items on it!
>turn vam(multiple)
You spin your mechanized vambrace, causing its iron gears to whirl. From its interior an invar casing containing a gear-tipped veniom lockpick rotates up to the top position.
>tickle vam
You absently run your fingers along your mechanized vambrace. In response, several iron gears spin slightly as the entire interior rotates to and fro on your arm before falling still once more.
>push vam
You press a small red button on the side of your mechanized vambrace. Suddenly it seems to spring to life as a tiny mechanical arm extends from its interior holding a gear-tipped veniom lockpick. The arm waves the veniom lockpick about wildly for a moment before retracting back into the vambrace once again. Perhaps you should be holding a container of some kind?
>spin vam(with just one)
But the mechanized vambrace only has 1 items on it!
>spin vam(multiple)
You spin your mechanized vambrace, causing its iron gears to whirl. From its interior an invar casing containing a diamond-crested ivory vaalin hairpin rotates up to the top position.

Anyone can use them. It holds lockpicks (unlocking increases how many). The bracers attempt to pick a box, but you still have to have lockpicking skill. Fully unlocked enables it to detect traps.

Now let the under cutting begin.
